I want TWINS!!!

My hubby and I have be TTC for 9 months now and been off birth control for 3 years. So went to the Doctor to find out I need some help O and help thicken my inner lining. I way put on Femara and so far just a really good headache.

What is the difference between clomid, and femara?

Both are fertility meds and depending on ur diagnosis ur Dr may Rx them. Clomid thins down the lining for a few women and also causes hostile mucous. Then one switches over to Femara. If u want to know the mechanism of action, type : 'Clomid Vs Femara' and Dr Q has written abt that on many posts.

I so far love femara. My mucous is good..haha really good. I think Femara is gental in the sence keeping the lining thick and healthy. HopeN will your doctor not let you take it? This is my first cycle and I take my first progesterone test this monday.

Are the chances of twins greater with femara or clomid tho? I know he said injection have better chances, but just woundering
