Well here I am again! I miscarried last year in Aug 2007 @ 6 wks, had a DNC, then pregnant again Jan 08 and MC at 8wks in Feb 2008 no DNC.
Things have been okay and I'm more emotional lately about it all, only it comes and goes. Sometimes I'm totally fine and others I get sad but detrimined!
We waited to get a period after the MC but it didn't show up. So I was given prometrium to help move things along. I am half way through those pills and started to see light pink on t.p. today...so maybe AF will show before I even finish them??
I have great faith that Heavenly Father is teaching me patience!!! After having two miscarriages I'm really scared for the 3x. I worry that will put us into a whole different issue! The doctor I go to is a new doctor and he is really nice. He said I could try clomid again next month if I wanted to...this month we are going to try naturally. He said to load up on folic acid and to just relax! Which I had been doing already!
We have one beautiful daughter now who is about to turn 2 this month! Some ways Im so happy about that some ways I'm sad. I really thought she would have a brother or sister by now. But there again its not about my timing!!
I'll do all I can to make it happen and pray it is a strong health experience! Any other suggestions would be helpful!
I'm excited to START OVER and really feel it HAS to be 3x the charm!!!! Crossing fingers and toes and PRAYERS!!!

So I began to spot on Friday and it picked up to a light flow~ I was a little worried because it was lighter than what I am used to, but I went ahead and stopped taking the prometrium pills...been having a very light flow since....
I hope this counts for AF! I'd be so mad if it didn't and I didn't O in a few weeks!!!
I still had three days left on taking the pills but since I started to bleed a little I stopped them! I hope that was the right thing!
I'll see how many more days of this continues!

Well today I will start it again! The girl was suppose to call me and let me know what the doctor wants me to do but didnt! She told me yesterday she would call me right back....well its now 12+hours later and still no call. I will call her tomorrow and ask....but I will go ahead and take it again for the FULL ten days no matter what type of bleeding I have! UGH!!! Maybe it will all work out in the end better that I had to wait another week...........so here goes nothing!!!
Oh speak of the devil! Well she just called and said that the doctor doesn't feel comfortable telling me what to do at this point because he doesn't have the training like my old doc in the same office, he said I should make an appt. to see him again.....SOOOOOOOO why did I make an appt and he tell me that he would give me prometrium and then if I wanted to try clomid again in a couple months to call him?? Everything was fine untill I asked questions! Now I have to make an appt with my old doc! WTH! I don't know what to do...I just want to cry I don't understand why it has to be so hard!
Im so sorry sweetie. I hate this for you. I cant believe they are doing this. I would make a post for Dr. Q if you havent already and ask him about taking Prometrium again for the full 10days, and let him know what happened the last time.
But def anytime you have to take Prometrium or Provera (same thing basically), take it for the full 10 days even if you have spotting.

The nurse was telling me to go back to the doc I was seeing...in the same office because the doctor I am now seeing doesn't deal with fertility stuff....I said WTH? I just want my period to START I'm not asking for anything else! The other doctor I had for two years was GREAT until I started to MC twice....then this last mc he was never around nor did he call me once! SO I am changing doctors!!! OFFICES!!! THE WHOLE SHABANG! I am LDS and I have a refferal to an LDS doctor and he is really compasionate! I have appt to see his PA on May 1st! SOOO until then I will get my records and wait for AF and go buy and stock on OPKS! I'll do this on my own if I have too till then!!! Agh! I took the pills all the way for 10 days! It took about a week for AF to show...it wasn't a big flow but it lasted for 4-5 days.....should I count that as AF....it wasn't spot but not heavy! My body is pissing me off!! It sure hasn't gone back to "normal" since mc in Feb!
I guess if so I am counting this as cycle day 5 so hoping to get my Femera today!

Did you get the Femara. I would def count the first Full Flow day as CD1. So if there was spotting and not full flow dont count that as CD1.
Did they say to take the Femara 5-9? I know I have heard so many different days with that, but lots do 3-7. I cant wait for you to take that Femara, or hopefully you started it on Friday, and have been taking it for 4days today.

Well I'm not sure what to think still, I am on cd 9 or 10 give or take, and feeling some cramping....they called in the Femera two days to late for me to take it! So I have it ready for next month! I have started to use OPKs and theline is getting darker! I'm having cramping on on side like I normally do before O so I hope it comes! My period never got a full flow really it was just a little more than spotting and I need to use a tampon so I guess since my MC I'm on light flows!! We shall see!! I 'm watching cerical changes too....I have preseed and am waiting and ready! I'll keep ya updated!
I hope Femera works! She is giving me 2 cycles of it and then referring me to RE! I have 6 months of clomid tho so I could try on my own before going to RE!? I dunno?? We shall see!

I hope that you get it this cycle and dont need to use the Femara, I cant believe they called it in late...ugh!!!
If this doesnt work as it sounds like ovulation is coming with the cramps and what not, but if this one doesnt take Femara will be great for you im sure.

In tears.....I write this and I want to give up! I tested my one last time I thought!! and I got +OPK!!! I am so ready to GIVE UP! I guess I'll DTD the next four days to cover it before its gone! I didn't get to take the femera they called it in way to late! Oh well!!

Well I we had + for a couple days so we were able to get a lot of BDing in! We shall see!
My nipples are really sore so that is a good sign of O for me! Esp. naturaly! I am suppose to be getting all kinds of testing done next week...along with my progestrone...gentic testing for my and my husband....so I will update when I know anything!

OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG im sooooooo happy sweetie this is freaking awesome!!!!! Lots do get positives on 10DPO or so, I just made myself wait till 12DPO or later. I didnt ever want to see a negative.
Getting that on a FR is a good sign. I know at 12DPO with the miscarriage I had last time on a FR it was well not even there. I didnt use a FR on this pregnancy.
But yeah that is great to get a faint on the FR, its not even that faint sweetie!!!

The waves of nausea have kicked in! I feel myself gagging! It's almost better to think I might feel better if I just get it over with and puke! Oh well! Its GREAT! As long as the symp. are there I feel good mentally that I'm on the right track!! The last few times I was prego I never felt this way, only when I was prego with my daughter! So that has to be good! I'm only 4w 2days tooo.....so let the fun begin!!
Results are in but the doctor hasnt reviewed them! UGH! Soooo I wait!!! I'm going to get out of the house for a while to take my lil one to the slash park(Marley Park, Chas have you been there?)....I will update when I get home and know (I hope) by then I will know!!!

O yea I forgot to tell you I took a HPT on May 9th and I went to the Dr on May 9th for my Beta she said she would call well I left work at 5:00 and I was so Mad cause I had not heard from her. That night about 9:00 we were about to walk in Wal-Mart and my cell rang Guess Who???? The Dr with my results How Crazy!!

The progesterone I def think works. My levels the times before I got preggo and the time I had a mc were like in the 22-24. This time they were 14.3 I think, so they put me on progesterone meds when they found out I was pregnant just to make sure. I think it really works well. Im still kicking here @ 14w5d pregnant, and I got a doppler from ebay, and every night I have found the little ones heartbeat. Its just great :)

Chas- I used to go to doctor Fara as well....I don't care for the staff there in that office. His nurse is way nice and he is nice too....just had to change cause things weren't working and when I would try to tell them what I needed they took offense too it and demanded I do all my bw there in the office, not allowing me to go across the st. at the hospital to do it, bc I can and then I can go to medical records to get my results and not have to WAIT three days for them to call me back! Then he would get mad at me...but my hubby works there and its pt. rights to be able to go to get my records and it was stupid that Dr. Fara was rude about it....also with my last mc he NEVER called me.....I talked to Dr. Arazi most the time bc Dr. Fara wouldnt call me back or he was out or on vacation..etc....it got OLD!! I LOVED him in the start.....so I hope he works. He can be compassionate......

That is so Shity. He did my ectopic sergury, but he has not called me back to talk to me about the next step with us ttc again. His office said to give me the green light, but they have not given me any meds to help with the oing, and he did not inform me that my remaining left tube will not function. So therefor I am stuck with two good ovaries one tube. They crapy part about this is I have learned more on this site about my situation then from my Dr. I need them to help with giving me choices on what to do to help my o on the right side so I can conceive. UUUGGGG I am irritated. Thanks for telling me. Glad that things are going great for you hun.
Yeah I would switch if I were you, I fought for a 1yr with them,....he is no help! He has changed so much from when I first started to see him, he gave me a card when I mc the first time....after that he was never to be seen!! That office sux! They are bad about there stuff! Megs is nice, but I had it out with her once too...we made up though and she actually helped more than the DR! Switch to Mckernan if you can! HE IS GREAT!!! Good luck and dont let the one tube worry you, a friend of mine had same thing and she is 15wks preggo!!

Thanks, I have done 3 rounds of clomid already I am woundering if I need something stronger to work. The problem I have right now is I am still oing on the left and not the right. I need to o from the right in order tc. I called the office i bit ago to see if they will do anything for me. i really want to stay on this side of town and if we get pg I want to deliver at Del Web. I was there when I had my sergur at it was great. The crapy part is I was on the post partum unit where all the new moms and babbies were at, but I got to see how great they treated everyone. What is the name of the place you are going to?
SO I have my first OB appt tomorrow monrning at 745am! Its with a whole new GROUP and doc and I'm really excited! I heard about him through my church girlfriends and have heard nothing but GREAT things! I heard he will give you an ultra sound to help the worry if that will make things feel better! He will give you hugs and tons of support no matter what your situation is!
I think based off ovulation I am around 5w 4d today...I spotted most of April so I can't pin point LMP. So maybe Im further along maybe less? I dunno! I do know tho that Im nausea and more sleepy this week than ever. Constipation has already started and I just feel wore down! I guess this what they mean its harder the 2nd time around because when you have a toddler running around and your preggo your tired all the time!!! lol!! Oh well! Im not complaining!!!

Well we went to the doctor and to our VERY surprise we are having TWINS!
The doctor was so surprised! He was expecting to see one little sac but there was TWO! He even had someone else come in to take a look because he didn't to be wrong! One look at the ultra sound and the tech said "Yep theres two babies"! I sat straight up and grabbed the docs arm and said "WHAT"? Are you kidding!!!!" My mouth stayed open for about hmmm the whole time I was there and the whole drive home! haha!! Truly blessed!!! I'm considered high risk because of my previous miscarriages and such but now I need to be careful on my lifting and such! We are so shocked but so excited!!! We didn't take any medication! So for it being all natural I'm in a bit of SHOCK! Have I mentioned SHOCKED! If you see me, its not the pregnancy glow its pure shock!! haha!! We will go back in a week to do measurements and size ultrasound and make sure they are growing well! Had all my prenatal blood work done today and I must say the new OB and his office are great! Makes a difference when you walk into a doctors office and they are pleasant!

Awee Shannon welcome welcome welcome to the multipe club..LOL..I am so happy for you..having twins is a experience but well worth it..yeah i understand the lifting thing..i can't lift over 10 pounds..was told that at my first visit..well sweetie i am 18 weeks preggo will find out the sex in 5 days so if you have any questions i am here all the time to answer for you..again how exciting...

Well everything looks great! There is only ONE bean!! They were unsure of the two sac thing last week, tech said it could have been a bleed or vanish or a cyst even??? SO anyway I'm relieved! Shannon congrats and best of luck to you during this pregnancy. People swore I was having twins. But they mistakenly thought the placenta was another baby. Go figure! Some women start showing early. I started having to wear maternity pants at 7 1/2 weeks because my regular pants felt to tight on me and were uncomfortable. Im now almost 20 weeks and get asked if im 6 - 7 months along. I hope this bean sticks and you have a healthy happy baby....

You are soo sweet and God is just waiting for the right time to give your little daughter a brother or sister.
You are a strong women to start trying before she is 2. I know for us we are going the start trying around 3-5 age route...haha.
