Veronica: hi everyone good to see you here :) keep in mind that as any site grows these things are bound to happen, but in the end the goal of the site to support people and to give you great info remains and for what it's worth 95% of the time there are no issues and we must just deal with the 5% that it's not as pleasant, and it's everyone's responsability to keep the site caring , loving and supportive. Without the site many wouldn't have the info and support they now have so we gotta remember that.
