      <title>Exercise when you get your bfp after miscarriages</title>
      <description>&lt;div&gt;What I mean is there r so many of us on here that have had several m/c's and r very nervous and cautious after another bfp. So I'm wondering if u all sit around being really careful or go about ur normal life? Like working out I know in my head is fine during pregnancy however I just know when I get another bfp I will not touch the treadmill in fear of losing another and then blaming myself. Just curious how u all go about normal life, working out, having sex, cleaning with chemicals, etc. &lt;/div&gt;
