so i get all the signs of ovulation but even if you have all the signs can an egg not get released? BTW when I get that egg white stuff it come 3-5 days after my period ends and I cramps meaning I am ovulating i think..so how does one know if ovulation really took place?

I am on my second round of provera and i still havent gotten AF. How long do i have to wait till i get my AF. My boobs r sore and i feel nausus. They have told me i have a mild case of PCOS.

This is what I am wondering I had fertile cm and now I am on dpo 22. I am still getting negative HPTs. What I am wondering is can you have fertile cm and not actually ovulate? and How long do I continue to wait for AF? Thank you.

Ok so I believe my AF is arrived.. :(

AND we have no more $$ for IVF or IUI's

BUT I have one more vial of Follitism

So I am thinking of taking the follitism on my own with out the care of my RE for this cycle and PRAY! ALOT!

I was directed last cycle to start on CD 3 and took 75 IU of it until CD 10 and triggered on CD 11 (IUI on Cd 13)

BUT this time I will not be able go in for monitoring NOR will I be able to trigger

If I normally ovulate on my own- Will I still ovulate the eggs on my own with out the trigger ?? While on Follitism

I haven't been doing artificial inseminations for two months now,so i can study the amount of EWCM i'm getting.last cycle i had been taking FertileCM and it kinda worked but i didn't get the results i wanted.so this month i noticed that when i get a positive OPK my CM is only creamy like.and i don't even noticed the strechy stuff before ovulation.what can i do to have greater EWCM? is this something i should see a doctor about?

This is my 2nd cycle on clomid and I have not ovulated either month but still getting a spotty period. Should I go back to my doctor or should I take the 3rd cycle to see if it works?

I'm really really unsure about what to do. My doctor gave me 3 lupron depot shots for endometriosis. My last injection was Sept.29th. Last month I took provera 5mg 2x daily for 5 days. Today is day 12 since provera. I have cramping on and off but no spotting or bleeding what so ever. I called my doctor and he said to take clomid now. Is it ok to do and will I have a chance at getting pregnant? Is it better to get a period first? HELP Dr Q!!! I just don't know what to do. My husband doesn't know either. He's a bit nervous about starting clomid without my period first. But I just want to get pregnant so badly!! Help me!! Thank you so much!

My last lupron shot was Sept. 29th. I took provera last month 5mg 2x daily. Today is day 11 and still no period. I called my doctor and he ordered me to take clomid tonight and for the next 4 nights. Should I do this or wait for my period? I think there's a chance the clomid may not work, correct? Plus I have menstrual cramping on and off. And what happens if my period starts while I'm taking clomid? HELP!!

Hi Dr. Q. Its been 11 days since my last provera. No spotting let alone any bleeding. Remember I took lupron for 3 months at 3.75mg. Is this normal not to bleed post lupron once given provera? Do I need to call my doctor? I don't know what to do at this point. I have cramping on and off by nothing showing up yet. Thanks!! I just want to start so we can start trying again. It's depressing!

Hi Dr. Q. You know I took lupron and my last injection was the end of September. I'm trying for a second child and will go on clomid once I start my period. I took provera for 5 days 5mg 2x daily. While I have slight cramping, tomorrow is day 12 and I still haven't started any spotting let alone bleeding. Should I be concerned because of the lupron? What's the next step? Will clomid work once my period arrives and I take it? Or will it take a while to get pregnant. Thank you!!

I have been on clomid for 3 months started at 100 mgs, 150, 200. I have used opk's for all and they have always been negative, Well this month here I am on cd 21 of this months cycle I started testing 3 days after my last clomid pill and still nothing should I keep testing to see if by chance I just might be ovulating late. thanks

I am on CD 41! extermely late... i'm usually 31cd. No AF & BFN i have a bad headache, sore bbs, sea sickness feeling and a heightened sense of smell. Called doct. today they called in provera to start period and femara on cd5-9. i'm afraid to take... b/c i have alot of pregnancy symptoms. any advice?

I was done with provera 6 days ago. No period but the last few days I have been so nauseous. Is this from the provera? I have menstrual cramping that comes and goes as well but still no period. I have an 18 month old running around and I just feel awful and its hard running after her. Is this normal? And if it is the provera, why did it take so long to feel like this? Thank you kindly!

I have been diagnosed w/ PCOS. This was discovered after I had a very long extended period, This was the second period which I had which lasted longer than a month. This time I became anemic because I was bleeding so severely. Note: I do not have a cycle every month they are very irregular. My Gyn gave me an extended prescription of provera so that I wouldnt bleed and I could rebuild my iron count before I lost any more blood. I took provera for about 15 days, skipped a few days and then resumed for a couple days. when I came off, however I only had light spotting for a day. During the time I was on the prescription my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex. I don't have an estrogen deficiency, could there be any other reason my withdrawal bleeding hasnt started beside pregnancy. I read that provera used to be a pregnancy test and if the patient didnt bleed that meant she was pregnant. Please Help
