ovulation predictor kits very faint line and then dark line, which one is positive?

i have been using ovulation kits for the past 7 days and in these 7 days they were faint until last Saturday they were very dark lines so will i have ovulated then? we had sex all that week except Tuesday and when it was positive on the Saturday we had sex again then and on the Sunday, so are my chances of getting pregnant high. my cycle is 35 days and ovulated on the 15th day so now I'm in my 18th day now

also i am feeling very bloated and got bad heartburn.

Can a Light Period be Implantation Bleeding?

Well I got my period yesterday but it started out brown and very light and has been today also, but it has gone to a pink with red here and there. Its a lot lighter than usual as I have a very heavy flow and usually there is clotting but havent had any of that either. I know I should have a test and I will but Im just curious if this could be implantation bleeding?

clomid & IVF

My doctor just started me on clomid. Is it possible to just speak with a fertility specialist and have them just schedule me for IVF rather than waste 3 months on clomid? My husband is going to be tested for semen analysis late March. I cant stand waiting any more. TTC 11 months

Thank you.

What's the difference between ectopic and normal pregnancy?

hi everyone! as some of u know i found out i was pregnant on the 15th of jan.

i have been spotting, in and out of the ER and seen a few DR's and i havent really been told what is going on with me.

i had an u/s on the 18th of jan. they could see a sac back then that measured 5 weeks 2 days. my lmp was on dec. 16th

i went back on the 23rd and i was told there was nothing inside of my uterus and i had probably miscarried...didnt pass any clots and my spotting is more brownish than blood

i went back to the clinic to my surprise my hcg levels had dropped from 1700 to 1004..i go back and get another hcg and the levels rised to 1380..dr tells me to get ready for a shot for eptopic pregnancy in 2 days because my hcg levels are rising slow...2 days after the numbers go back up to 1780...so the dr. does an u/s. and now she can see something which wasnt there 2 days ago smaller than the first u/s

she tells me to go back on saturday if nothing really shows she will go ahead and give me the shot

im confused nobody can give me a good answer i have seen about 5 different docs and still no answer

what if i get the shot and turns out there was a baby inside my uterus or what if i wait too long and it was an eptopic.

im soooo confused! i thought i had miscarried and was over it already but the numbers are still rising and i am conscious of the risks there are with waiting any longer if it is an eptopic

please help anyone!!!

Clearblue Easy Fertility Monitor or Clearblue Ovulation Predictor Kit

Hey gals, I currentl have the Clearblue Easy Fertility Monitor while at the same time being on Clomid. In the booklet that comes along with the monitor, it says that ovulation readings will be affected by Clomid. Here's my question, I am having an IUI this month for the first time and being that I have to track my own ovulation, RE reccomends the Clearblue Ovulation kit to recognize ovulation. Is there a drastic difference between the monitor and the ovulation predictor kit? Don't they operate the same? Anyone with input or experience, please feel free to chime in!!!! Thank you.

Ovidrel vs. HCG

This is my first Clomid/IUI cycle. I have no insurance coverage for fertility meds. The RE wanted me to order the HCG IM shot but I wanted the Ovidrel Sub Q shot. I asked the difference and they said Ovidrel was only for those stimmed with Gonal F. Is there really a reason I didn't get the Sub Q shot? I didn't understand the difference or their explanation.

How many ladies on here took clomid then femara?

Did the femara have a higher success rate? What did you prefer out of the two? I am trying to see if femara may work for me while clomid did not.

What are my chances of getting pregnant with injectables if Clomid didn't work for me?

Hi I have been a part of FT for several months now. I have just completed 4 rounds of clomid 150, and overall a years worth of clomid. I am interested in doing injection gonalF and trigger. I have two healthy ovarys, and one good tube. What are my chances of finally getting pregnany if I do the injections? Desprately waiting & wanting.

IVF vs. IUI at age 44

my husband and I spent 34K on two IVF's unsuccessfully. We came to realize not everyone is candidate for IVF, but of course the IS does not tell you that...

I have a 21 and 18 year old daughter, on my second marriage. Hubby does not have any kids, and desperately want to have at least one together. At 44 age really becomes the enemy... I had three mc's within the last two years.. Yesterday I went in for an IUI attempt.. keeping fingers crossed.

Egg donor is our next option (hubby is dead against it).. I'm okay with it...

Will keep you posted..

At what age do you give up! Having friends who bacame parents with their own egg and sperm in late 40's and one at 54 with twins, with no IVF or IUI tries. Thank you.
