EWCM while pg?

A co-worker says she is pg, and is now plague with EWCM. Is that possible? She says she is 8-9 weeks. She asked me if it could be a UTI, or is this normal? She also said that she has had some red or brown "spots" mixed in with the EWCM. I told her to contact the dr., but she thought I might get a quicker response online, as her dr. is on vacation.

Is m/c inevitable if i have BV, UTI , and Yeast infection at 19 weeks???

I am 19 weeks pregnant and have had a Urinary tract infection since my 13th week. Doctors and I thought it went away, but then the symptomes cam back just 2 weeks later. They gave me Macrobid again, and it was confirmed that the meds did not work at all and my leukocyte levels were sky-high when tested again. I am now on Sulfur.... sorry cant remember how to spell it all. I was also given a Bacterial Vaginosis gel for 5 days just in case i have BV. I am taking both at the same time. I now have a yeast infection it seems. I am having lots of cottage cheese discharge accompanied by some burning. The doctor tells me that the yeast infection is a sign that the antibiotics are now working. Is having all this bacteria (not to mention antibiotics) safe for the baby??? I have had 3 miscarriages before and one was at 16 weeks. Should i be concerned?

I have a UTI and will start taking "cipro" most likely tomorrow. I am on CD14 today so I was told by my doctor to BD everyday for the next week. Will taking an antibiotic make it more difficult for me to conceive?

UTI in the 2ww

I am pretty sure I have a mild UTI. It would be my first. I am 1 or 2 DPO and am drinking cranberry juice and lots of water. It started last night - I feel a little better, but I don't want to start antibiotcs in case it effects implantation. But on the other hand, I know UTI's can be bad during pregnancy. What should I do??? Thanks

chances of miscarriage after seeing the HeartRate

I did an ultrasound at 5 weeks 6 days (techs measurement)or 6 weeks 3 day(according to my LMP and O Day) and saw a strong Heart beat. (I think 125or 118) I started spotting at 8 weeks 1 day (according to LMP) rushed to my ob's office he reassured me that I just had a UTI and did an ultrasound the baby measured back to the dates that I estimated and had a strong heart beat. The spotting stopped but now its back. What are my chances of miscarriage?

Dear doc,

I had a lap to remove unilateral hydrosalpinx and adhesion to other tube. Its one week now and I am back to normal. But when I empty my urinary bladder I feel pain at the end when bladder contracts. I am sure its from the bladder. What could be the reason for this? Its not unbearable but some heavy feeling and light pain.

Itching and hormones?

I've been itchy ALL OVER for like a week.. it started with just my back... then moved to my tummy, then my butt (LOL), and hips and thighs, now my face, fingers, tops of my ears, and the tops of my feet and toes!!!

I'm wondering if this could maybe be hormonally related? Or maybe an anxiety thing? It seems to get worse when I feel stressed...

I am not sure what to do about it.. its NOT dry skin.. I've tried exfoliating and lotion and everything... I don't have a rash or anything... I am considering going to see a doctor.. but I don't know where to start.. b/c I don't know whats causing it... :)

Anything, anyone? Dr Q? :)

UTI and missed period

I was just diagnosed with a UTI. The day I was at the doc (and first feeling the UTI symptoms) was the day my period was due. That was 29 days after the first day of my last period. Today is the 31st day - which would be the longest I have waited for my period. I should have had at least some spotting by now and have seen nothing (though I had a little spotting at abot 10 days after I think I ovulated). Would the UTI cause a delay in my period or could I be pregnant (even though several tests have been negative so far)?

TTC with UTI

Hi, I am currently TTC. I have been for 13 months. I woke up this morning with a UTI, took a home test and the white blood cell count was postive. I am on CD 10 so ovulation is right around the corner. Will taking antibiotics and having sex with the UTI have any effect on TTC??

Question about the veggie oil as lub

Ok so I just read some of the posts on using veggie oil for a lub. I am tempted to try it but I am a little unsure as I get UTI's a lot am have been told to use lubs that are water based as these do not have irratants in them. Do you think that it would be safe to try the veggie oil? Also does it feel better then regular lub?
