I am 23 years old and TTC... but I had two periods in the same month?

My husband and I have recently decided we are going to TTC. I had two periods in January. One that started on the 7th and ended on the 13th, and one that started on the 17th and ended on the 23rd. My fertile days were the 26th-29th, and my ovulating day was the 30th. We had sex the 26th, 28th, and the 30th. In the last week I have experienced sore nipples, lower back and abdomenal pain, nausea, constipation, and sleepiness. I took at HPT lastnight and it was negative. I am not sure what period to calculate from to determine a missed period. My first in January, or my second? Please help! Thank you so much!

Positive Pregnancy test after two hours?

I did a test today after lunch, I stayed with it a minute before my daughter distracted me and then forgot about it, when I finally remembered it about 2 hours later I think it had a very faint positive, is this just the test line showing through underneath or could it be a positive?

Delayed Menstrual After 2 failed IUI's

Can your menstrual cycle be delayed the month after you stop taking drugs for infertility? I was taking Menopur and Ovidrel for trigger. I am currently on CD 28 and have never made it past 26 without at least spotting. I took 2 HPT and they are negative. Is my menstrual somehow thrown off because I didnt' do any form of fertility treatments this month?

Pregnant two days after having sex??!!!

Doctors/ladies

I need some help on giving my brother some advice other than from myself. He is 19 years old and has recently lost his virginity last thursday. That following saturday only two days later, the girl tells my brother that she is pregnant with his baby.I told him that I was sorry but, that it could not possibly be his baby.He is so in love with the fact of having a baby that he believes her.She has two other kids and is 25 years old.I have tries talking to him but he won't hear me out.I am just concerned about him.He is so young and I would be so sad if he were to raise a baby that was not his. Please help.Am I wrong? Can it be possible to get a positive hpt only two days after?

All I know is that her periods are irregular.I don't know her lmp.I think that the baby she is carrying is her ex boyfriends.what do you all think?

embryos

I just had a Day 5 transfer for an IVF cycle. I had 2, Cavitating Morulas Transfered at the Grade 2 level. My fertility clinic goes on a Grade 1-5 scale, 5 being the best and 1 being the poorest. Does a grade 2 embryo mean there is lots of fragmentation? We had a successful IVF cycle in 2006 where we conceived twins (but lost one at 9 weeks) but at this time a Blastocyst and Cavitating Morula, Grade 3 were transfered. Will our chances of getting pregnant this time be significantly altered given that the embryo quality was not quite as good? Looking forward to hearing an honest opinion.

2 vessel cord

i'm 24wks along. my ultrasound revealed that my baby had a 2 vessel cord. my dr said that the baby looks great! everything else is pretty well perfect. how concerned should i be? they are going to do an ultrasound once a month to monitor growth, but i'm still worried i fall into the 20% classification that he'll have a birth defect. since everything else looks so wonderful should i be too concerned? also do you know what the causes for this are?
