Anyone experience issues with BCPs?

I'm on Day 2 of BCPs for my first IVF/ICSI cycle and already, I'm experiencing mild stomach discomfort and diarrhea. Nothing too serious, but I notice it.

Did you feel wierd? Is this normal?

Hi DR & Lady's

Id really like your opinions...plz

I am 7-8dpo

Almost since 1dpo I have had back pain, and tummy just feels yukky:)

This is cycle after m/c on the 31st july.

My back pain is constant, and cramp pains in ovary area.

Also shotting pain down insides of my legs like ligimant pains.

My back pains shots in to my bottom.

My bb's are not sore but have twingling shotting pains also.

Going to the toilet a fair bit.

Did hpt this morning NEG, but iexpect that from dpo

So if anyone has experianced this plz advice me

ok i dont ovulate till tomorrow but i had se last night and 2 nights b4 that now i feel something like flys in my tummy and like they jump around is that a good thing or bad

Hi there Dr. Q

Had my 7 week ultrasound on Friday and all looked good. On the weekend I had some pretty intense stomach palpitations, Saturday through Sunday night. If felt as though my heartbeat was coming out of my stomach. Literally. I could see my stomach pumping. What could this be? I am paranoid that this could be a sign of an impending m/c. Do you have any suggestions as to what this could be? Also, my hunger has disappeared and my breasts do not feel tender anymore????Please advise!

I am now 16 weeks and 4 days and have been feeling really good..last night however I had really bad pain in my stomach ALL nite it would feel like it would get tight then stop then again it really hurt..do I need to worrie???

could a vitamin supplement hurt a baby's stomach?

last night when christian was really fussy, he just started a vitamin D supplement. It has two other vitamins in it.. I think A and C?

i didn't give it to him tonight, and he acted normal... do you think it could be upsetting his tummy?

Hi,

I was just speaking to a friend ofr mine who is 4 and half months (I think)preg. She had an u/s the other day and was told that there maybe something wrong with her bubs stomach. They said something about how it looks to big or to small on one side and that they think his bowel is twisted too. She is seeing her gyno in the next few days to get the results of some tests but from wat she tells me the u/s tech wasnt very positive and even suggested an abortion! She isnt even considering that as she is a Christian and believes that is wrong. I told her that I would ask all you wonderful ladies to pray and ask God to heal her little bub.

My friend asked me an interesting question today and it had me wondering what the answer could be so I thought I'd see if I could get the answer here...I went on contraceptives (spllet so very wrong I think) at a very young age of 12 yrs old as I was all ways having problems with my period from day one. I was on the pill right up until 3 years ago when I had the Implanon put it but had it out 15months ago when we decided we wanted ttc. Im turn 26 in Oct 08 so all up I was on contraceptives for over 10 years. Could this actually have an effect on fertility???

Also I was wondering is sleeping on your stomach and waves crushing into your stomach whn ttc bad someone told be it was? Just wanted to know if there is any truth in this theory. I know sleeping on your stomach etc is bad when you are preggers...

I used the ovidrel shot on monday this week. I have not been feeling well and think I possible have strep. I was given amoxicillin for this. If I got lucky and conceived is this safe? Also I had really bad stomach cramping and diarrhea yesterday. If I did conceive this cycle, could the stomach cramping and diarrhea hurt my chances? Also have a kidney infection and started on Macrobid. Is this safe this early on also?

Pregnant and exposed to the stomach flu

So, on Sunday, over at my parents' house my nephew threw up. I stayed away from him. My husband held my other nephew while my sister cleaned the mess. My sister was certain it wasn't the "flu" because my nephew was acting fine afterwards. It was as though he just gagged or something...so we stuck around. Despite this, my husband and I did a lot of hand washing that night. Later, we got a call from my sister saying my other nephew threw up a couple of hours later. Great. It was the flu.

The next day, both my sister and brother in law got it...although they said it wasn't bad. He just had diarrhea...she threw up once and had diarrhea, but didn't feel that bad.

Last night, after dinner, my husband got horribly ill with diarrhea. Being pregnant, I left his side (killed me), and locked myself in our room. He had a bathroom to himself and the living room. He threw up big time four times throughout the night, and had diarrhea so many times he lost count. He still has a touch of diarrhea this morning.

Clearly, I avoided the exposure from my nephews...but my husband. I drank from his water at dinner -- one hour before he got sick! I feel like I'm just waiting for it to hit.

Anyway, I'm washing my hands every five minutes, I'm disinfecting everything, I'm on my way to get an immunity bumping Jamba Juice. I know there's "nothing" you can do once infected, but anyone know of any old wives' tales...anything?

Also, this seems to be a 24 hour bug...I assume that, if I get it (heaven forbid), and if I stay hydrated, it should do no harm to the 14 week old fetus. Is this correct? Is there a point where I should call my doctor?

Finally, does anyone know how long my husband is contagious. I thought he'd be OK by now, but, with the touch if diarrhea he's still having, I don't know.

Question about my cycle

Hi Dr. Q! I was wondering if you could help me when a problem I have with my cycle? About 1 week before my cylce I always break out and it can be very painful. I know that this is one effect of PMS. Is there something like vitamin or something I can do (over the counter wise). Plus I also have terrible upset stomach. I'm trying to get pregnant and I don't want to do any damage to my system. Plus I'm concern about my weight. How much should a woman lose to when trying to get pregnant? I'm not getting pregnant.

I am geting white sticky discharge , its been 21st day of my cycle , i have pcos and took clomid along with fostimon inection on day 14 and 15th day took pregnyl and doctor gave me porgyluton to make my lining better and also gave me duphaston i dont know for what , but did i concieve , what are the chances this time? today i had pain in my stomach can i take any medicine which is safe for stomach pain , please help
