Late Cycle Question

I am currently (after today) 3 days late for my cycle. I know I can't be pregnant, DH and I did not BD this past month. I believe I ovulated on time...but that could be a reason for being late...so can me being sick right now too (I have a head cold). The only other possibility is that I am pregnant, but I had a normal cycle last month. I don't even think that is possible.

Sorry if this post is a scatterbrain...dealing with a cold that isn't responding to anything right now.

I guess I am looking for confirmation that I am still normal. I am not even having cramps...which I normally start experiencing twinges during the 2WW.

ovulation cramps

On friday I had cramps for about 3 1/2 hours, late at night from about 8 to around midninght. They werent that intense and they didnt really hurt but I noticed them. I had a huge follicle in my right ovary that day at my u/s (but Dr said it was so big it was most likely overstimulated, faulty, and retained too much fluid, but I may still ovulate) Do you think its possible that I ovulated with just one huge follie? Or were the cramps just nothing? Then Saturday I felt fine, but late at night like 1 am Sunday I got sick horribly, throwing up with Flu like symptoms and spent all day Sunday sleeping, weak and throwing up.

Idk if "sick" symptoms play into ovulation at all... anyone know?

I am on clomid 50 mg this month, second round.

Lexapro withdrawal

Hey doc - I am going thru some Wicked withdrawal from Lexapro right now and am feeling sooooo dizzy, among other crappy things, but wondering if I can take Dramamine or something for the dizziness while I am TTC or preggo. I am in the 2WW now.

Also wondering if any of you ladies have gone thru this and what you did to help ease it. I had been taking 20mg for a few months and then went down to 10mg about 3 weeks ago. I then just stopped takin them completely on Monday and by wed afternoon I felt like garbage. I had a major migraine and went to bed at 7 then all day yesterday fought off puking and falling over and then last night I thought I was in the beginning stages of labor cuz my stomach hurt and cramped so badly that I was in tears. I cant concentrate and my brain is sooo foggy its crazy, yesterday at work I couldnt remember how to weigh mail, which I do every day!

I actually took a 10mg pill 2day in hopes that some of this would subside cuz I am at work but I want off completely since I am on the homeopathic remedy now.

I Feel Funny...

I'm on CD 23 and I have no idea if I even ovulated. Most of the time I don't ovulate on my own.

Anyway, I started very lightly spotting about 4 days ago and it continued to get more and more noticable (this is not uncommon for me, usually I spot for a week or two before AF). I figured AF was once again on her way.

Anyway, over the weekend I started feeling really weird. Tired, my boobs started hurting a little more than normal, and I started getting sick out of the blue. I'd be eating something feeling fine, then throw up, then back to feeling fine again. Over and over again. Throw up, feel fine, throw up, feel fine, out of no where.

Knowing that AF was on her way because of the spotting, I didn't think anything about being pregnant, but this morning, the spotting stopped completely! That is not normal... once my spotting starts, it usually is there until AF.

What is going on? Could I be pregnant? Does any of this sound familiar to anyone?

Estrogen surges and violent vomit "spells"

I have these "spells" of quick onset of violent vomitting. As soon as I vomit, I feel better and it goes away.

I have been noting these "spells" for 7 months. The last 4 months I have charted temps, CM and other signs. I have noticed a pattern within my cycles of these "spells".

It is pretty predictable that I have a spell around 3 days before ovulation, another between 3-6 days after ovulation and another the day before menses.

The spells come on quickly with NO warning. (Sometimes when I am driving) I can not control them. What is this and how does it affect my chances of becomming pregnant? Thank you

How early can you see signs of pregnancy?

How early can you see signs of pregnancy? I'm on cd 22 and have been peeing a lot, even when my bladder isn't full I get the urge like I can't hold it and this morning I feel a little sick to my stomach. I am a very stressed out person with bad nerves and I hope I'm not just doing this to myself. However, I'm a teacher that is home for the summer, so I don't know why I'm stressing.

Dr. Q I have a question for you. This has happen to in the past couple of mths during my 2ww and I'm wondering if it can be related to progestorne. This happen to me again last night and all day today I'm not feeling very well very tired and kind of lost and no energy now I know that could be progestorne but this other stuff I'm just wondering about.
