Cyst rupture or ectopic Dr.Q PLEASE answer?!?!

I'm 5 weeks 1 day pregnat today and had pain on Friday, Monday and now today. I have pain in my lower right abdomen/pelvis, pain in my lower back on the right(like where the kidney would be),and shooting pain(similar to pinched nerve type pain) that's in my right leg, also when I BD sometimes I have pain..like carmping in my lower abdomen like af cramps(I'm not sure if this pain is because I have a tilited uterus due to the fact occasionaly have it in the past that's why), if I cough I feel a twinge of cramping in my lower abdomen(right side) The pain goes away if I lay still with a hot water bottle on my lower back with some tylenol/asprin after a few hours. So my question Dr Q is are these symptoms ectopic or a cyst rupture?!? I have an appt on the 7th, but I'm wondering what all these symptoms can mean!! If it's something I should worry about I'm going to call to see if I can go in sooner, but if these symptoms are just unrelated pain then I don't want to look silly going to the ER. If it's somehing serious I'll see if my ob will see me sooner! Please answer Dr I'm very worried and not sure if I'm being paranoid.

What size are follicles at time of rupture?

Q1: If you're allowed to ovulate on your own (no help from a trigger shot), what size will your dominant follicle be at the time of rupture?

Q2: Now, if you take a trigger shot, what is the range that docs are looking for to Rx the trigger shot? I've been 20mm both times, I'm just wondering what the range is?

Q3: I am VERY close to a LH surge as of noon today (see pic below) and I anticipate that before dinner tonight, I'll have a + OPK. Would I be better off

....a)take the trigger shot tonight and do insemination on Friday morning

....b)don't take the shot and do insemination Thursday afternoon (approx 24hrs from first + OPK)

If we do do insemination on Friday morning, should we also BD on Thursday night? I know it's not usually advisable to have such an "fresh" sample, but since we've had motility issues, I just want all the extra insurance I can get!

TIA!

(I would ask my OB/GYN today about this (follie study in 2 hours), but I'm seeing the nurse practicianer and I don't think she's as versed on these sorta things.

conception

I have tried IUIs twice already to conceive, and both attempts have failed. The growth of the eggs was fine and the uterine lining was also ok. The eggs did not rupture in both cases. I want to know :

1. Is the eggs not rupturing a parmanent occurence?

2. Can I do something to improve my chances - dietary / medicinal supplements?

3. Can I try for a natural conception - what are my chances?

premature rupture of membranes

To any doctor,

I just suffered my second miscarriage at 19 weeks my water bag ruptured. My first miscarriage my water ruptured at exactly 19 weeks as well. With the second pregnancy I had a cervical cerclage, my doctor thought this may had been the cause for the first rupture, however it my bag still ruptured even after the cerclage. The doctors are still saying that it was "probably" my cervix and are suggesting a transabdominal cerclage in the future. Could this possibly be the reason, or could there be any other reason why my bag is rupturing such as infection, my uterus not growing, or something i am lacking as far as a hormone. Please, I need some sort of direction, and I can't keep losing my babies at 19 weeks. I want to have a child and I don't think my heart can go through another loss. Any insight would be appreciateed, thank you.

pregnancy after an ectopic

Just to clear this up I am a paranoid mom here as you would be to if faced with what I have been faced with, So if you choose to comment Please do not be rude or judgmental. If so do not finish reading my qustion!

I do not have pain on my right side however I feel presure from time to time there. I am unsure if I will feel more on my right side b/c I have a tube there and not a working tube on the left due to ep rupture? I am about 4-5 wks along. I can not find anything in books telling me if my body will feel diff with a new pg after going through an ep.... I could really use a Dr's imput any of the Dr's on here. Is there anything I need to pay attention to so that I do not mess up on the pg? I need to know what to pay attention to to help me better understand whats going on. I am scared of not knowing what some signs are and I do not want another rupture!!!!!!!

I already was told that if I have a rupture on my one and only tube, then I can not have anymore babies=( If this was told to you or you had to go through this you would be scared too.

thinning uterus

I am a 41 year old mother of four. At 30 I delivered twins via a C-Section and at 34 I experienced a uterine rupture upon trying for a VBAC. Thank God my son has shown no issues from that horrible experience that I believe was the result of the Pitocin administered after 10 hours of labor. At 40 I had my third C-Section and throughout that pregnancy my OB GYN constantly brought up my "thinning uterus" even before she opened me up. I had heard from her nurse that she is not a fan of any more than three C-Sections. Upon opening me up she commented on how I had no real scar tissue but that my uterus looked like a "dirty window" and that she still wished to tie my tubes - even saying that my tubes wew "calling her" during the procedure. My question is, how subjective a call is the whole thinning uterus deal - she clearly had an issue from the start and as I never had issues in carrying a baby. I am wondering if a second opinion is worth seeking concerning a final pregnancy. I am otherwise healthy and my uterus has alway held babies well - it wasn't until they raised the Pitocin that a rupture occurred - meaning it was not spontaneous. Thanks for your time. Teresa

fo llicle rupture

i had follicle appearing on the right side only on the 17th day and the left side is msf. on the 24th day i had the rt side follicle measuring 2.0*2.0,so they had given a rupture injection, the left side remained msf.they asked me to come on the 28th day,on the 27th day i experienced severe pain after 72hrs after the injection,on the lower right side for nearly 5 hrs ,i had an ultrasound on the 28th day,the right side says 4.5*4.9 (luf),the report says this ,when i asked the doctor there was no proper reason, why there was pain ,they just said that it must have ruptured internally ,can i get the understanding why it grew to unusually large size and internal rupture, how can it be prevented next time, what is meant by luf, please can you send me how exactly the entire cycle happens, the follicular study ,rupture, etc.

How can you tell the difference btwn leaking amniotic fluid and normal discharge?

The dr at urgent care today asked me if I've been leaking any fluid.. and I just wonder.. how would I know? I've got a lot more clear, odorless discharge that has increased in the past month or so.. but I thought that was just normal with pregnancy.. so how would I tell if it was amniotic fluid or not?

Dr Q what tests would the Dr do tomorrow to find out if it was amnio or not? If the cervix is closed tomorrow at the time of exam then does that mean there is no chance of the fluid being amnio and it was more from the vagina?
