Do I really need to take clomid after getting pregnant on my own?

Just a brief history of myself.I was dx with PCOS in 1999. In 2005 I had an emergency laparoscopy/appendectomy. I had stage 3 or 4 endometriosis I can't remember which with adhesion's and lesions. Than I went on birth control and was on it for 8 months. Than one month I missed days 5,6 & 7 of a new pack and got pregnant. After the birth of my daughter 20 months ago, I haven't been able to get pregnant. We haven't gone on any contraceptives. The pelvic pain came back so I opted for lupron for three months instead of another sx in hopes to get pregnant after treatment. While I haven't had my period yet from lupron (I took provera & 100mg of clomid. It's been 2 days since my last clomid pill.)My question is since I got pregnant before accidentally am I truly going to need the clomid? Or are my chances good of conceiving naturally like with my first baby? Thank you!

adoption, something crazy!

So i called an adoption agency 2day and as we were talking and getting some info i mentioned my children from my previous marriage. She quickly put me on hold and came back to tell me that they have a "2 child rule" at their agency and that i "may" be able to find another agency that would let us apply with my children.

She mentioned my "previous marriage" twice so i am wondering if that is an issue with adoption agencies?

This wasnt a christian agency, they say it isnt relgious at all and doesnt discriminate but sure felt like they were, wow!

Bummer, this is gonna suck pretty bad!

What do you think doctor??

I have had 2 m/c this year. One in Feb. which was a natural m/c. Then had another in May. I had a D&C may 10th and found it was a blighted ovum. What are the chances I will have another m/c? What do you think could be causing this? Is there anything I can do to better my chances of a healthy pregnancy?
