I think that i am having baby blues..I cry at night for no reason..I guess i am just a little overwhelmed with the babies..all our help is gone now and it is just me and my fiance..I was just wondering what can i do to feel better and stop the crying for just no reason.

I know I should call my Dr about I no longer have insurance, so just asking if it goes away or do they prescribe you something, or tell you to go talk to someone? I want to know ahead of time so I know how to pay for it.

The last 3 or 4 days I have just felt sad. Not sucidial or like I want to hurt my baby. Just this overwhelming feeling of being sad. I am also crying or have the feeling to cry a lot more. Like I was watching "Cool Runnings" and the end where they walk the sled to the finish line I just started balling. I also have this intense headache. it has been 2 months since I had her and this is the first time I felt this way. I also started spotting again and have a dull back ache so could it be just PMS?

Any idea or opinions are appreciated, but like I said I know I need to call my doctor but would like to be informed as to what I can expect.

Pain in Vagina during first period after giving birth

So, dr Q, the bleeding has slowed down a little now, but i'm experiencing some pain in my vagina...

I AM using a tampon.. and I did have some small tearing in the vagina.. but it didn't hurt in there when dh and I had sex. Do you think its just leftover soreness?

I'm not super concerned, just concerned enough to ask about it ;)

First Period After Giving Birth.. I'm concerned...

Well, I was taking a combination birth control pill for 5 days and then I switched back to the mini pill b/c my milk was drying up...

I started having a withdrawal bleed/period, I'm assuming from switching.. and it has gotten really heavy today.. I just soaked through 2 super absorbency tampons in about a 5 hour period!!!!!

Is this normal? At what point should I be concerned about how much I'm bleeding? Could it be a problem that wasn't caught or something? Considering I started spotting about 1 1/2 weeks before my 6 week check up?
