I have been bleeding for over a week. The first few days was spotting then heavy then now it is heavier. I am getting frustrated. Is there anyway to make it quit. I was on clomid almost 2 months ago. This is my first pd since coming off of it. I don't want birthcontrol since I am ttc. I have an appt with a specialist next month. I think that I have pcos since I have very irregular periods. Anyone else suffer from the same thing?

I want to buy opks but not sure when to use them...I have anywhere from a 30-32 day cycle. I was hoping that a seven day pack would last 2 months but if not possible then that's okay.this would be my first month using them.

Iregular Period and No Pregnancy

ts been 2 yrs i havn't got pregnant. Me n my husband r planning for baby.

so i n my hubby went to gyanac doctor for treatment. we met doctor and

spoke our problem. i hv irregular periods and i havn't conceived till in

this 2 yrs. the gap between my period are 60 days. doctor recommend

certain test 1. test to be done on 2nd day of my period. 2. sonography

test USG pelvis 3. My husband semen test. Dostor told me to tak medicine

tab Regeterone (twice a day) for 5 days and Tab Essvit - F from 5th day

daily 2 times till 20 days. Last day i got period was 29 sept. I havn't

took tab Regeterone medicine and got naturally priod for 3 days after that

i started taking Tab Essvit F medcine evry night. The moment i took this

medicine i got to see small amount of blood comming out of my vagina.

Me and my husband have doubt abt the treatment which doctor has advise to

take. Pls suggest me are we going on rght track or should we consult

another gaynac doctor.

Shud is take Regeterone medicine for proper period or shud continue with

Tab Essvit F medcine.

All the reports are normal. doctor told us to take treatment and wait for

3 months then only i will able to conceive. Why i shud take this medicine

Regeterone, Tab Essvit F.

Pls advice us and suggest best treatment for getting pregnancy fast. And

are we on right know on right tract.

Ok so I'm on cd8 my lmp was 10/2 but I started spotting lighty today after stopping bleeding on 10/5(cd3)...what's going on? Should I still continue my cycle of meds or is it pointless? Could this just be some old af blood or something else? I tested today w/opk & hpt all negative. What do you all think?

Today I am 20 dpo, I made a silly promise to DH that I would not test this cycle, I have never been this late. I did not use my cb fertility monitor this month cos I wanted a break, now i am pulling my hair out....I have spent the last two days in tears on and off but have no other symptoms whatsoever( cept for slightly tender bb)

So my question is I normally have a regular 28 day cycle and seem to ovulate around cd14-15 the latest i have recorded is cd18 ...what do you think that my chances are now @ 20dpo and no sign of AF?

Hi Doc,

I am wondering how I can gauge my ovulation (assuming that I am ovulating) when I have irregular periods. My cycle runs anywhere from 30-45 days. I've never noticed a difference in my CM. I suspect that I may have PCOS, as I have many, though not all, of the symptoms. (no acne, and I have not had an u/s done to check for cysts, nor progesterone levels checked.)

I am mainly wondering if it is worth it for me to get an OPK. (It says on the packaging that they may be ineffective due to PCOS.) Any other pointers besides OPKs?

TTC for 8 months.

HI, LADIES AND DOCTOR....

IM GOING TO START MY IVF SOON! WHEN I WENT TO IVF CONSULTATION THEY JUST TOLD ME HOW LONG THE IVF TAKES AND WHAT MED. THEY USE AND STUFF LIKE THAT THEY ALSO TOLD ME I WAS GOING TO BE STARTING ON BC PILLS FOR 21DAYS AND ALSO GAVE ME BLUE BOOK IS A MEDICATION GUIDE BOOK WITH ALL THE MEDICATIONS THEY USE FOR INFERTILITY AND THE NURSE TOLD ME TO START READING THIS PARTICULAR PAGE WHERE IT SHOWS HOW TO USE THE MED. AND HOW TO MIX WICH IS THE FOLLISTIM PEN AND THEN SHE SAID READ BOUT IT AND JUST CALL WITH A PERIOD SO I FINALLY GOT MY PERIOD SO I CALLED THE DOCTOR AND THEY GAVE ME MY APP. Hiya, This month we have been trying to conceive. The first day of the last period was 8th sept so yesterday or today (8th Oct) my period is normally due. I took 7 tests, between Friday (3rd Oct) to Tuesday (7th Oct) and Tuesdays line was definately darker and each one came up with a faint line but as each day went the line was noticably darker. The tests I took were different brands and the lines all came up within the ten minute rule. However this morning I went to toilet and noticed what looks like my period, the blood was not alot but dark brown and blotchy and in it was a pinky coloured blood. Im sorry if its too much info, nothing for a while then this avo another tiny amount of pinky blood. I have had mild cramps since middle of month but only dull ones and havent, even now had period like cramps, I always have them as soon as I have my period. Im not sure what to think. could I be pregnant or may be been? apart from the cramps my boobs are huge and very very very sore and veiny, they have never been this sore and look all bruised and purpleish. Or could something be wrong with this month or is it my period and the tests were all wrong? THankyou so much if you could help me :) Kim

Not ovulating, but regular periods

I have regular periods, but I have not been ovulating. I have been charting my BBT and using OPK and neither of them indicate I'm ovulating. My doctor did an ultrasound and didn't say anything about PCOS. My periods are between 32-35 days and last 2-3 days. Why would I be having regular periods, but not ovulate? Thanks in advance!

for the past three days ive been having really sore and itching nipples and they feel much fuller then before ive spotted two times already my period isnt due for about another week or 2 weeks do u just think its my period coming or something else?

Docs/Ladies: My lining is 5mm thick and I am 14dpo. Should I expect to get my period still? My u/s tech that maybe why i haven't started yet...is that true?

hi, doctor or ladies.

i was supposed to get a period on the 22nd of september and i didnt so they put me on provera 10m for 10 days i started provera on 23rd of september i finish provera on the 2nd of october and no period but i been cramping since day 1 of my provera so today october 6 when i went to the bathroom i had like alot of this brown but like really dark brown stuff on my underware and i was woundering if this means im going to be getting a period and how soon would i get it and also i have cramps...... thanks

I had next to nothing cramping...really dark and clotty blood and today which is day four...Changed my pad to a new one and I have just spotted...It has now been 1.5 hours since the new one. 2 small spots of blood are there....what do you guys make of this?

11 weeks post partum and still no period???

Hello,

I gave birth to my little girl over 11 weeks ago now and still have not gotten a period. I am not breastfeeding. I bled for about 2 weeks after delivery. I had severe cramps for a couple hours at exactly 8 weeks post partum, (same day as internal exam so that might account for the pink) even had a very light tinge of pink when I wiped and fully expected that my period was coming but nothing happened after that.

I want to start my BC but cant until my peiod comes...my doc said that I can abstain from sex for 10 days then have a pregnancy test and if its negative then I can take something to induce my period, or I can just wait it out. Advise? Is it normal to go this long with no period?

hiya, ive not long forund out that im pregnant! my last period was the 30th august 2008 and the only time conception could have taken place was the 5th of september 2008. my cycle is usually 30 days, my last period was horribly heavy and had to go up to the hospital just for safety. They did a pregnancy test then and it was negative. could i have actually been pregnant then or is it more likely that i ovulated early because of previous heavy period?!

BBT and peiod

Doctor,

For the past 5 cycles, I had 29-30 day cycles with 12 days in luteal phase. This cycle, I ovulated much later than usual. I am now 13 DPO, my temp dropped yesterday and still no period in sight. I took a test yesterday and it is negative. Can you explain why I wouldnt get my period after my temp dropping? I know there is no way I could be pregnant, right?

Hi Doctors and Ladies out there, I just wanted to know weather having intercourse every other day will help in conceiving? I’ve been trying for 7 months now and I’m starting to get a little depressed with it all. I’ve tried using ovulation detecting strips and I’ve tried the counting day thing, and I have also tried the temperature thing as well, I am SO exhausted, and I feel like giving up but I really want a baby, I guess I crave being a mom!!!! however I never thought it would take me SO long, does anyone out there have anything else to try, oh and I’ve just stared to try the saliva tester but it keeps furning so I guess that’s not going to work for me either.

Please help me ladies I’m desperately trying for baby #1, I’m starting to think I’m not able to conceive I’m 31, never been pregnant before does that mean if I never have been pregnant that its probably because I probably cant? i've been off birth control for about 2 years now but thought we would start trying in the last 7 months.
