ON CD 14 I OVULATED. AND ON 11DPO I STARTED TO GET LOTS OF FERTILE CM. IT LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE THE ONE I GET DURING OVULATION IT'S THICK AND STRECHES LIKE EGGWHITE. WHAT IS THE CUASE OF THIS?

Does anyone know how long sperm lives inside you? I use the Creigton Model and my husband and I had sex on day 18 and then I had fertile mucus (clear, stretchy) on day 20. Is it possible that the sperm may have survived until the fertile mucus was present? I'm know on day 53 with no period...I also have PCOS so its not unusual for me to go this long without a period so I haven't tested yet (and I have to take blood pregnancy tests and haven't gone to the doctor yet). Any opinions or thoughts would be appreciated!!

I am CD 9 and finished bleeding around CD 6. We are taking the next couple months off from fertility treatments, so no Clomid this month.

Serious TMI ahead...

Usually, around CD 10, I get one blob of the sticky snotty goopy CM. Well, I got my blob yesterday at CD 8, but this morning I had a LOT of the stuff...I will spare you the details, but it was abundant.

Has anyone else experienced this?

i just want to know my period shod be coming in a week me and my husband have been trying to conceive but my question is i have lots of white thick mucus like extremely lots of it is this normal or i shod go see my doctor i mean i notice every month i have this but its usually only a little bet ..

Hi Doc,

My husband and I have been trying to concieve for almost 2 years. I've had and hsg (open tubes), pelvic ultra sound (good and showed lots of follicols), hormones checked (all good levels), I ovulate on my own on day 12 like clockwork and get my period on day 29 or 30 like clockwork. Had one bad post coil test and then repeated the test the following month and it was good. My husbands SA came back with great results. I just had my first IUI (unmedicated) last wen and doc said that I had a lot of cervical mucus and she said there would have been no way for the sperm to get through from having intercourse. Do you think it could be my mucus?? Is it possible to have a lot of follicols, a LH surge every month and a period without a mature egg being released?? Could my tubes be blocked even though the HSG test showed they were open?? It's just driving me nuts!!! Thanks doc.

Please doc. During intercourse with my husband, i often notice paplike, sticky substance, its non slippery.

I tasted it and its very salty.

Please i dont know what this is and what is the cause. My friends say their is slippery and eggwhite in color.

Please what do i do.

I have been ttc for 20months now. Is it possible that my body is secreting aciding CM that is making it impossible for conception. Please advice am really worried and my hussy is stressing the dischare doesnt seem to be normal. thanks

Ok, I've posted before about my cervical mucus, and i haven't yet purchased any opk's because i wanted to wait until i got my period. But my CM doesn't seem to be correct for my cycle. My last period was Sept. 16 there were 27 days between that period and the previous one, my cycles go from 26-28 days. Last week when i went to my gyno, she told me to start monitoring my CM. Last week it was thick creamy and white, this week its kind of watery. Everything I've read suggests that this is what happens before you get the EWCM, but according to my cycles i should be getting my period sometime next week...whats going on?

I had my last period on September 16. My cycles are between 26-28 days, for about the past week my CM has been kinda thick and creamy white...i believe i am past the point that i would have ovulated, is this correct?

During my initial testing at my fet. clinic they conducted the sperm/mucus test to see if the sperm swam easily through the mucus..it did not and some actually died..is there anything I can do to reverse this?

Well ladies I wanted to keep you all posted on how things are going. I lost my mucous plug this morning so this means that these babies could really be here soon. The nurse I talked to said that majority of patients will go into labor within 48 hours of losing it. I will keep you all posted as things progress!

ok, i know a woman is fertile when the CM is like raw eggwhite, but my problem is when i BD, i leak all day because of the ejaculation (TMI, i know)so it resembles EW CM, and i cant tell if im fertile from my CM or not.

This may be a stupid question but it has been a long time since I had a regular cycle. I am having white liquid cm like enough to notice in my panties. Is this something that happens right before your period? Any advice will help me.
