Low-Lying Implantation

I am 6 weeks 3 days pregnant. My baby measured normal on Monday. I called my on-call physician last night becasue I had a little cramp just to make sure it was ok and I shouldnt go to the hospital. He didn't seem concerned until I reminded him that I had been told I may have implanted low. He then told me this is called "low lying implantation" and that my chance of carrying the baby full term is not as good becasue of this. I have done a lot of reading on this and now I am really worried. I have seen that the baby can migrate up and all that but I also saw that the bottom part of the uterus isnt as blood rich which can cause the baby to grow slowly. Should I prepare for miscarriage?

IUI Assistance

Dr Q is there any benefit to lying down for a few hours after an IUI? I have heard it 'bathes' the right idea with the sperm. Also, I have read that taking 75mg of asprin after an IUI increases blood flow and can assist with pregnancy. What are your thoughts?

9 days late may need provera?

I am 34 yrs old. Have 2 kids from prev marriage. Remarried and have had 2 miscarriages in the last year. Fertility specialist said my hubby and I checked out okay. I have never been late on period before ever. Blood test at 4 days late was neg..neg hpt's too. I am having a 2nd blood test in 2 days. If it's neg, I may need to take provera the nurse said. Could I be pregnant? I have no signs that my period is coming. I am worried.
