To Dr. or friends, Bleeding ... What could be wrong?!?!?!

Last cycle AF came exactly 14DPO at cd31. Noemally cycles are 28days but clomid makes me a little late.

Ok so im currently on cd 11. no meds this month. So hopefully i'll have a normal cycle. Started spotting on the 13th but it stopped then AF came for a few hours on the 14th then stopped. On the 15th it came in full force. heavy bleeding stopped on cd4 (9/18). I had spotting on cd5 & cd6. AF was completely gone by cd7. Now Ive spotted from cd8 thru today. All these days i've had EWCM. Yesterday I woke up with bad cramps like if I had my period. Later in the day I had this heavy feeling in my lower abdomen. I woke up this morning and had blood on underwear as if AF was going to start again but no cramps just the heavy feeling. I did an OPK but it was negative, so i know im not ovulating anytime soon.

Has this happen to anyone before?

My doctor is out of town and I dont see her again til the 20th of October.

Is something wrong? Should I call another doctor?

Yesterday I feel the same way as the day I had my m/c but I know im not pregnant. What can it be?

Dr. Q and Dr. Eva testing question?

Hello Dr Q or Dr. Eva,

I posted the below information and question on a different post but I have another question after Dr.'s response so decided to re-post the background info.

TTC #1 for 16months 36yrs old

I took clomid 3 months, no monitoring-BFNs

follistim 75IU, 7 mature follies, HCG,BFN

Follistim 75IU, 5 mature follies,HCG,BFN

IVF- 150IU of follistim& 150IU of menopur, retrieved 16- 9 fertilized conventional day 3 transfer 3 embryos, 1 really good but not "perfect" and 2 others that were average- BFN

I have done all the basic fertility tests but nothing invasive such as LAP ect. I have always had a regular cycle and ovulate on my own. AF gives me bad cramps for a day or two and clots and then fine and lasts for about a week. My fertility specialist has suggested that I get a 2nd opinion from another doc in the practice. I have a fibroid that is "as big or as small as a golf ball" on my uterine lining but it doesn't appear to be in the uterus at all by looking at the SIS. Dr. doesn't want to put me through the surgery (admit to hospital for 2 days, due to location of fibroid can't go in through belly button) if it isn't necessary. I'm confused!! I asked my Dr. if my expectations that something should have worked by now are too high and that I just need to be more patient and she said that she is as frustrated as I and really would have thought I would be preggo by now. I don't want to do any unnecessary tests or surgeries but want to try what needs to be done. Is a LAP necessary what would that determine? If I have some endometriosis what would they do for it, is it treated? I know you can diagnose but can you say what you would recommend next? Sorry it is so long, wanted to give all the details. AS ALWAYS THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!!!!

Response from

Dr. Q

Saturday at 09:11AM

A lap would show little, and if mild endo, this hasn't truly been shown to help much either when treated...

You may simply need to try another round of IVF as it truly can take 2-3 attempts to finally get a success and talk to your doc further about other possible testing available other than lap

MY NEW QUESTION IS WHAT OTHER TESTS CAN BE DONE? THANKS SO MUCH!!!

7 months and waiting

It has know been 7 months trying to get pregnant...and still nothing. It will be a year next month since we have even used any protection at all. This has been a really long journey and very emotionally draining. I know that everything happens for a reason and just to keep trying and not give up. Good luck to all!

Can long termed breastfeeding cause infertility.

can prolonged breastfeeding cause you to suffer infertility. I has three children and for my youngest daughter(3yrs, i breastfed here from birth until two yrs. I weaned her in April 07' and since then I only had 3 periods on my own some were spaced for 6 months apart others 3. When i was breast feeding, i didn't have a cycle at all. I am 28 and very healthy. I don't show signs of any health problems and all my paps would come back normal. thats why i think it must be the long termed breast feeding. What do you think?
