I had my 30 week appointment today. I'm 30 weeks pregnant today! And I am measuring over 31 weeks and the doctor said I have a big baby and said he weighs around 4 lbs. Does this mean anything? My expected due date is October 1st but I'm wondering since I am measuring bigger that maybe I will go a little sooner than that? Is it normal to be measuring larger? Thanks so much for your help!<br/><br/>Ohh, I also have been having horrible heartburn. Of course I forgot to mention this to my doctor when I was there. I dont get it during the day at all but it keeps me up at night. Is there anything I can do to prevent it? I dont think it matters what I eat because last night I ate a few graham crackers before bed and I didnt think you could get heartburn from graham crackers but lately I get it from anything I eat!
