conceiving problem related to LH and FSH ratio

I am 30 year old and married for past 05 years. I have regular periods in every 26th day and even i have regular ovulation in every 13th day (checked through ovulation test kit) but when i went for blook checkup i was found of haveing LH 3 times more than FSH (test done during mid cycle peak), Now i am afraid, whether i should take hormonal tablets for it. I don't have extra weight as such and no extra hair growth also. Please help

Elevated Estrogen Level

Dr. Q, Last month CD 3 BW revealed an FSH level of 20 and a normal estrogen level. When I spoke with my RE about this he told me (as you said he would) that I have lowered or diminished ovarian reserve but not premature (I'm 32) ovarian failure because I still get a period. Based on my test results though, my IUI cycle was cancelled and I was told to come back for more BW next cycle. If at that point my FSH was still elevated we would do IVF. If levels were normal then we would proceed with IUI.

Today CD 3 BW came back with an FSH level of 6.4 and an estrogen level of 151 (These results are more in line with my past cycles in which no cysts were found). Now my treatment options are once again up in the air pending an US tomorrow. I have faith in my RE and his staff but all the waiting to undergo treatment is getting to me. Do you have any insight about what treatment options I'll be given this month?

To all the ladies who have used injectable follicle stimulation hormones. Please Help!

I have a question. When is the soonest that anyone has produced mature follicles. My first cycle where I conceived the twins was 10 days at 112.5 iu Gonal F. Now, I am on 112.5 iu Gonal F plus Menopur. On am on CD 7-treatment day 5. I have just went to the bathroom and have EWCV. I am nervous. The doc told me to schedule for Friday or Saturday. I just don't want to miss this. How much impact do you think the Menopur will have? Thanks in advance.

Provera with FSH And HCG coming up.

Hi, I asked my doctor but didn't get an answer. I'm on cd 39 and no new cycle has started. Usually while on clomid my cycles will start on there own, but a few days late. I know I didnt ovulate because I went in on cd 21 and my results were 0.5. Am I okay to take the provera without taking a HPT and with a FSH test and HSG coming up?

Dr Q my RE actually wanted to start me on IVF right out of the gate but I only have insurance for 4 retrievels. I thought IUI with injections was a good start and then we can see how I respond to Stims. Do you think that I am wasting my time with the IUI? I am 35.

My RE is high FSH friendly

Elevated FSH Level

CD 3 BW just revealed an FSH level of 20 and a low to normal estrogen level. I'm 32 and seeing an RE. Past 3 cycles revealed elevated estrogen levels and normal FSH levels. No cysts founf though, including today's utrasound. Clomid has not worked and this cycle's injectables and IUI Have been cancelled based on my BW results. What could this mean?

Combined Protocol ... Any suggestions!?!?!?

These are the doctors suggestions:

We've decided on a combined protocol...

CD1 - Call doctor to inform him AF is here.

CD2 - Baseline B/W

CD3 thru CD7 - Clomid 150mg

CD8 - General U/S (RE loves seeing the fact that my follicles dont grow)

CD9 thru CD12 - (2) 75iu of Gonal-F a day.

CD12 - Start using OPK

CD13 - U/S to measure follicles for any growth.

RE doesnt really think this will work (since Ive been on clomid for so long) but i wanna give it a try and DH insist this will work. He said if this doesnt work they i have to stop being stubborn and do the full injection cycle :-(

Love my RE. He's very patient with us.

***The Twist: the tricky part is that he is not giving me a HCG injection with the combined protocol. He says that Im too tiny and young(like i didnt know that) and DH has a very good sperm count so he doesnt want to many babies in their.

Sorry for this being so long... question is... since i ovulate on clomid but my folllicles dont get big, will the FSH injection help? even without the HCG?

He said start OPK on CD12, when i used clomid 100mg on cd3-7 i dont ovulate until cd21 and when i do it on cd2-6 i O on cd16, so will the fsh earlier if combined with clomid in a higher dose?

They is driving me nuts.

Please help!!!

IVF/ICSI Why don't my doctors tell me anything?

I've been for a scan today, got another on Wednesday with possible egg retrieval on Friday. I see many posts here where people are told their FSH levels. I've never been told about mine. My doctors just scan me to check my lining and whether the follicles are growing. Should I know what my FSH levels are?

Recent SA and bloodwork...now what?

My wife and I have had no luck with pregnancy, so I went to a doctor for tests. There were no spermatozoa present in my SA, volume was 4.0, and all other numbers were normal. My bloodwork shows my inhibin B as extremely low at <30 pg/mL, and my FSH was a very elevated 21.1 mIU/mL, and all other levels were normal. I also have a very pronounced grade 3 varicocele. My doctor told us that we need to either consider adoption or a sperm donor. I'll be okay with these choices as long as I'm confident that there are no other options for me. Am I crazy for wanting to get the varicocele repaired, wait 3 months for another SA and bloodwork, and then get a testicular biopsy to see if any spermatazoa are present? I didn't know if the varicocele could make the environment so extreme that I wouldn't produce sperm, and if this could be causing the high FSH/low inhibin B. I haven't had a biopsy yet, but just going off the labwork, I'm told there really isn't a chance of any mature spermatazoa being found. I'm not holding out for much hope, I just want to be sure. Is there really any chance that I have viable sperm, or could produce some after the varicocele repair? Any help is appreciated!

High FSH/LH Levels

I'm really scared and feel pretty ridiculous. I got my lab work back today and my FSH level is 110.2 and my LH level is 55. Apparently that puts me at the "post menopausal" level. I haven't had a period in 4 months and I'm only 27. My husband and I would really like a baby. Is there any chance and, if so, what do they usually do with patients like me? I have been referred to an infertility specialist by my PCP, but it will be awhile before I can get it. Thanks.
