Fresh was neg, just complete frozen transfer - beta neg. My question is before (12 to freeze day 3) freezing we had 5,6,7,8 cells at the time of transfer thrawed 6 - 3 survied but they were only 2, 3, 5 cell. I know they can lose cells but it seems to me that something went wrong my in the lab. Before transfer I went to accup, my labs were fine, my lining was 15cm. My RE failed IVF protocal meds are predsione, baby asprin, lovenox. 3 days prior to transfer predisone was 40mg/day, tetracyline 1000mg/day plus my estradial, pio, than the day after transfer no antibiotic, predisone back to 10mg/day. <br/><br/>I dont know if i should seek a 2nd opionion - or is the damage done to the last 6 embies? I have appt with my RE in one week.
