      <title>Does ICSI have a better live birth rate or does it help with implantation? </title>
      <description>&lt;div&gt;I am again attempting an IVF in England and wondering what to do; IVF or ICSI. I will be working with frozen sperm and yet because we have produced good blastocyst embryos in the past, my doctor thinks that I have as good a chance with IVF as ICSI. (My problem seems to be more with implantation than egg production; I recently had a hysteroscopy which removed scar tissue from my uterus.) However, will ICSI still give me a better chance? Does it help with implantation? It would cost me another 700 pounds (about $1500). Is it worth it? My donor's sperm is quite good too. &lt;/div&gt;
