Frozen IVF

SO ladies, I need your help. I am going to have some of my frozen Embryos put back in early next year (January). They have been frozen over a year, will that make them less "fresh" so to speak? Or Weak? Also, after we have them put back, can I work and do normal things? I am so afraid that the reason my fresh cycle failed was because I did too much :-( Also I have a 2 year old son, can I still lift him?

I have 9 frozen day 3 embryos and am 38 y/o, but was 35 when they were frozen after having a beautiful baby girl. I want another child but I don’t want twins, how many of these embryos should I thaw this next time around?
