well everyone the dr is making me go back in for another beta next week cuz the nurse ordered a qualitive and she said it was negative so they want me to do a quantative beta next week. im depressed beyond belief, i feel like i was one of those few people that got a false positive. i just dont understand why i have symptoms and a positive home pregnancy test yet a negative blood test. i dont know what to think and sometimes it makes me feel like its not meant to be and that i should give up

I am 7dpo and yesterday my RE discovered a 9cm cyst, thanks to clomid.

I do O on my own but it's very weak that's why my RE has me trying clomid...

today, 7dpo, I have a blazing positive opk.

is it from the cyst or am I ovulating again?

A VERY VERY faint line showed up as the test was completing. Im not sure if you can see it from the picture, but its there when you look at the test. I think I'm going to have to go to the store in the morning and buy another. This is really bugging me! I have to know!!!

i took a pregnancy test last night at 10dpo and at first it was one line..than about 3-5 mns later maybe i seen a very very faint pink extra line..very hard to see unless in the correct light...am i pregnant?!

My lmp was 10/02/08 I had an HSG test on Day 9, I spotted briefly only while using restroom on Day 34 (I usually start my period within 2 days of spotting). I took an HPT on Day 38 (negative), it is now Day 40 and still no sign of my period. My periods are usually every 32 days. Could this have been a false negative? or did I test too soon. How much longer should I wait before testing again? I've been ttc for 2 years now and I'm supposed to start Clomid as soon as my AF comes, I've never been so desperate to get my AF but I wouldn't mind being already pregnant =) Has this happened to anyone? how long did you wait until testing and getting a positive result?

Negative blood test and positive hpt.

Here is my HPT from this morning:

I went in for BW yesterday. My rusults cam back as less then 5 for HCG and at 7 for pergestrone. When I had my bw for progestrone (o detection) I was at 15.

Why or how in your opinion could I get a + hpt but not be pg. This is my second one. She said my progestron droped, but not down to 0 which is from a possible cyst and may be causing a false + on a HPT.

Please help make light of this question in better hope that nobody else has to question this too. It was kinda embarrassing to be happy and post my + only to hear this from my RE.

I was at a 15 on cd23 for bw and droped to a 7 as of yesterday. She said If I were indeed pg progestrone would not have drope, but would have gone up.

So with it droping but not to a 0 what does this really mean?

After trying for over a year and a half (with one miscarriage) i think this maybe my month. i dont know why but I have a good feeling about this month. This is my second cycle of chlomid and the cramps that the girls on this group told me were ovulation (which I proved by taking a test) were very painful. So i am wishing luck to everyone out there who is trying to get pregnant as well as myself... it is so frustrating but the girls on this web site are great and seem so happy when ever someone reaches a milestone. Reading other's success stories always makes me so happy and thats why I guess I come on everynight - to see if someone else has finally had their wish granted. Good luck to all!!

Ok so on the 12th at 2am I took 3 of theses:(Ovidrel)and I took it so early in the morning because my dh wasn't going to be away for awhile during my cycle and we didn't want to miss the egg. Ok and today the 21st 9 days after I took my Ovidrel shot I took a test that looks like this: (this hpt measures 10-15 hcg supposibly)so my question is...is this a fasle postive hpt or the real deal? I'm going to keep testing soon, but I want to know how long does it take for the trigger to be out of my system? I've heard diffrent amounts of time and what to know what you all think. Thank you ahead of time!!!!

Ok I know this sounds like a dumb question,but I'm just super egar to test...I'm such a poas addict lol! I was wondering if I took trigger shot @2am on the 12th on cd11 if I can use opk to figure out when I O since my dh will be away the 16th-19th. I know the shot makes you ovulate 24-72hrs later right? If I did an opk would it be throw off by the shot and give me a false result? Also when is a good time to begin using hpt after trigger...so not to get a false positive? I have gotten false positives on hpt before from trigger. Thanks in advance for answers!

Can a woman ovulate and then show - for progestrone bw 3/4 days later?

I showed a - for oing but was pg.... this was with the ep a few months back and I am just wanting to know how long or high does progestrone have to be to be detected in bw?

Can you get a - reading but still have oed already?

Hi Girls!

Well just wanted to share my labor and delivery story with all of you. Last night around 11pm I started having contractions that were about 10-12 min. apart. I fell asleep and woke up at 12:30 with such hard cramping. I started timing them and they were 7 min. apart and lasted that way until about 2am. So I'm thinking... Holy crap! I'm in labor! So I call my doctor and she said to wait it our for about an hour and then to come into the hospital if the con tractions were the same. So around 3:30 am my hubby and I went to the hospital. Ohh... I also had alot of bloody mucus while I was contracting. So anyways... I got there and was still contracting every 7-8 minutes. I was still 1cm dialated and 80% effaced. She monitored me for about an hour and my contractions were 7 min apart. She had me walk for an hour to see if I would dialate anymore but I didnt so they sent me home at 6 am this morning.

Now I have a question... I am still having regular contractions about 7-8 minutes and they are hard and hurt! The nurse said to go back when they are between 3-5 minutes apart. So here is my question... will I have these contractions for a while still before I go into real labor? Or should I start contracting more in the next few days? It's hard for me to sleep because the contractions are so hard they wake me up! Any advice? Ohh I went for a hour and a half pedicure with my mom this morning and told the lady to do a lot of farting around with my pressure points. So hopefully that helps things move along! Anyone have any guesses to when this baby is coming?? Or do you still think I have a while?

Ok this is the deal I use to be on the pill and decided to TTC so I stopped in May. My last menstrual was in June, first day of menstrual being 6/25/08, I have not received a menstrual for the month of July. I use a fertility calender and based on that I was ovulating on July 5 which I did engage in sexual intercourse. Now we're in August and I have had no signs of a menstrual yet. 2 days ago, Monday 8/4, I took a Clear-Blue digital pregnancy test and it came out positive. However when I took one yesterday to make sure, it came out negative. Is it possible that I had a false positive or is it so soon that my HCG levels are too low. Also for the past couple of days I have been leaking clear fluid from my right breast when i squeeze, but not from the nipple from the areola

I have recently taken a pregnancy test that was false . I have symtoms of being pregnant and have had them for about 6 weeks now . I recently was diagnosed with trichomonis ...(im not sure how to spell it)and I was wondering if that could cause a false test ?

I have been feeling nauseous lately in the mornings so tonight I thought just for the hell of it I would test, as I have about 50 tests in our closet. I was not due to test until tuesday but I said what the hell and so excited when I saw a faint line. Called my sister immediately, as she has been my support through the past 2 yrs of ttc, and while talking to her I was staring at the test and about 10 mins into the conversation realized it was a opk and not a hpt. WHAT A DUMMY I FEEL LIKE. Now I am so upset after being so happy. Has anyone else done this before? I have to admit I did this once last year also.

False + OPK with Ovidrel?

I am on clomid and been taking OPK since 2 days after I stopped and all negative. Then last night I gave myself the Ovidrel trigger shot and got a + OPK, could this be a false positive due to the Ovidrel?
