clomid and evening primrose oil

I have tried clomid for 2 months, I ovulated but did not concieve, then I took 2 months off. This month my dr. upped my dosage to 200mg days 3-7 and I have been taken evening primrose oil to help with cm (2000mg daily. I was told to take the primrose until I ovulate. Has anyone used this combination and been successful. We have been trying for almost 2 years and can't seem to concieve #4

I havent as yet undergone tests which indicate that I have hostile cervical mucus.

However, I'm thinking of taking evening primrose this cycle.

Can someone suggest if one brand is better than the others?

Also, can it be taken without a doctor's prescription?

Also, what is the dosage that I should start with?

Any side-effects?

I finally bought evening primrose, there 1000mg each how do u suggest I take them for building my CM? How many a day and on what cd should I take them? I'm cd4 today and jut took one

Hi my cycle is normally about 30 days. I have been tracking for a few months either bbt or opk and seem to always O around cd14-15. This cycle i tried EPO for the first time and I got some fertile cm too early on in the cycle and then it was gone. My OPKs were negative from cd13-cd15 and I stopped testing. I also stopped taking epo and will just take flaxseed and prenatal everyday from now on. Now I dont know if/when I Oed. Do you think EPO caused a delay in my ovulation? Im confused.

DEPO AND EPO EVENING PRIMROSE OIL?

I'm wondering since my cm is very hostal because of being the the depo, would EPO be a good thing for me? I'm also currently taking allegra and I was told that it can also my your cm very dry. So I'm going to stop allegra for couple of months while I'm on clomid and then I wanted to take primrose too.

I just need to know if primrose and after being off the depo for 13 months will help the cm be more sperm friendly.

Hi Dr. Q, I keep hearing about Evening Primrose Oil for ttc and increase in CM. What do you think of it? I also hear about Preseed, flaxseed and fish (omega)oil. Are any of these any good?

I have been ttc for 6 months after ep with one tube. Just want to do anything that will help me conceive and them swimmers get to my uterus. After my hsg my left and only tube came out open. Thx.!
