Progesterone level

I am on my 2nd IUI, the 1st using Follistim. I had Follistim 100 from days 3-10; HCG trigger CD 11 and IUI on CD 13. My 7 day past IUI progesterone level was 45 and my estradiol was 792. I've never had E2 taken after ovulation before. Can you tell me what those numbers might indicate? I haven't taken a HPT yet....

Doctor please help me understand.

I went on cycle day 2 for my base line. My estradole level was 27.2 my LH 16.9 and my FSH 6.9... Dr said i was improving but according to the hormone level site it says it should be less than 7 on the LH on day 3. Does it mean i have PCOS?? I have regular period beside its not like 5 days long it 3/4 days.. Is this good or is something wrong... Please respond anyone

Well I start my IVF cycle this month and i have been using BCP's since last month..my first question is; was i supposed to have a period last month?

also since my last recorded estradiol levels were very high (185) my RE has put me on a pretty high dose of lupron-5mg/ml as opposed to 50 microgram/0.2ml that i was supposed to take earlier. I will be using 20 units followed by 10 units 2 weeks before i actually start my cycle.

My IUI history shows that i have never had more than 1 or 2 eggs...do u think we are trying to maximize?

also i was wondering if i would have more severe side effects than most women bcoz of the high dose (also i am very petite 5 feet and weigh less than 100 lbs)

i was planning to fly and meet up with some friends..i cud cancel right away if i had some clue..

Okay heres the deal I am on day 17 of gonal-f ... My estradiol today was 1800ish and I am spotting. Is this normal or could it be AF?

Estradiol Levels

Okay, I need some input here. On monday my estradiol level was 90. I was on 225iu of Gonal-f a day at that time. Monday night I was upped to 375iu for that night and tuesday. So today I went in and my estradiol was 1,132!!! Is this normal? I was told to go back to 225iu for today. Can I be hopeful?

FSH and Estradiol

I just got my CD3 test results back and have FSH of 4.9 (which is great, considering I'm 38!) and Estradiol level of 46. I thought anything under 50 was a good sign, but the nurse told me that the Estradiol result suggests I need to see an infertility specialist. I'm confused about that. Perhaps she's saying that IN GENERAL I need to see a specialist, but why did she say that it was specifically BECAUSE of the Estradiol data. An ideas? Many thanks in advance!

4w2d pregnant - HCG, progesterone & estradiol levels?

I just had my HCG levels rechecked yesterday (15 dpo) and they rose from 145 on 13 dpo to 429. Also my progesterone rose from 14.1 to 17.9. My estradiol is 194. My RE wants me to take another blood test in 3 days and then go in for a sono in 4 days to check that my lining is ok. Are these numbers good? Should I be concerned? My lining was a 6.5 when they checked me on cd 15 which was 3 dpo. I appreciate their diligence though it's making me a bit nervous. Thanks!

Estrogen level drop

I have been on two veils of Bravelle a day for 11 days. I just found today that my estrogen level dropped from 460 on Monday to 390 today. And the doctors want me to take my HCG injection tomorrow night. Last month when I took my HCG my estrogen level was 738. don't understand why, if my levels are dropping do they want me to take my HCG injection instead of continuing the medicine and/or even upping the dose. Can anyone help? Why are my levels dropping and what does it mean?

Im going thru IVF and went in on day 4 of meds and it was 863 and now on day 7 of meds it is 1355 and they said "thats good" but what does that mean and what is it measuring?

And its 'a go'. U/s and estradiol looks great. I have 17 follicles already in there naturally! That seems like a lot?!

I'll be starting clomid tomorrow on cd3 and follistim next Tuesday! If all goes well, we'll have an iui by St. Patricks' Day!!!

FSH: 7.2

Estradiol: 32.5

Follicle Growth and Ovulation

I am doing a natural cycle (without meds) this month. My cycle is usually 33-34 days. I had a Sono done on Tuesday 01/22/08 which was CD11 and it showed that I had a 20x28mm follicle on my right ovary with an Estradiol level of 177.58. The progesterone (P4) was at 0.49 and LH level was at 5.26 and the lining was at 5.3. I tested ovulation with OPK's on CD12 & CD13 but got a negative on both days. From my calculation my "O" day is supposed to be on 1/31/08. From your experience, what is the best follicle size and linnng that can produce a pregnancy? By my estimated "o" day, wont my follice be too large?
