ovaries MIA

I have several questions:

1)My E2 level on CD8 after femera 7.5 mg CD3-7 was 37. Today on CD11 after 150 units of follistim and 10 micro units of ovidrel x3 days was 170. Is this a normal level and how should the follistim be affecting it--since it is drawn q 3days? I am to continue taking the same meds and return on Wednesday.

2)I have missing ovaries (actually they are very difficult to find). I have both and know they work since I was pregant before. Some scans (transvag.) they can find 1 or the other, never both and sometimes they can't find them at all which makes it hard to monitor my follicle growth. My RE told me today that he was going blind trying to find them. We have also tried to monitor by just the abd. u/s--even then I seem to have left my ovaries at home. Is there anything that I can do to help find them----I am being told that they are located to high. I have tried doing the ovary dance but no luck. I would appreciate any suggestions since monitoring my ovaries is important while doing injectables.
