      <title>Estradiol levels &amp; implantation</title>
      <description>&lt;div&gt;My husband and I recently finished our first IVF cycle which ended as a negative. At the beginning of my cycle i reacted TOO WELL to the FSH and my levels actually spiked at 13,000. After my Doc lowered my dose from 300iu - 75iu, my levels dropped drastically down to 3000 in 3 days. At the time of Embryo transfer my E2 was at 4500. My question is, Could the E2 level have continued to drop drastically and effected whether or not the embryo's implanted?&lt;/div&gt;
