What Should Cervical Position Be At 3DPO If You Are Pregnant?

I know I'm driving myself crazy about this. At 2 and 3 DPO my cervix feels low and a bit hard like it normally does when AF comes. I'm thinking I'm not pregnant because of this. It is so early though. Does the cervix still go lower after ovulation for pregnant women and then rise up. I heard the estrogen levals make the cervix softer. When do the estrogen levals increase during pregnancy? Is it not until after implantation? Do I have any hope of being pregnant with a low and hard cervix at 2 and 3 DPO?

Is it normal to have a temp of 99.9-101.2 and being 8 weeks prego

I have been having morning sickness for about 2 weeks. It is lasting ALL day. I have tried the preggie pop sometimes it helps but when it really bad it won't help. My stomach is cramping a bit. Nothing major. I ate a salad that did not agree with me. But the past two days I have been running a temp of 99.9-101.2 I don't know if I am getting sick or it might be something worst. Some advise would be nice.

Thank You

Currently I am not feeling a cold or any other sickness coming on.

How can I relax during my pregnancy???

I found out I was pregnant last week for the first time thanks to clomid and my second IUI. I had my beta levels checked Tuesday and they appropriately doubled by Friday. Now I have to go in tomorrow for my last bloot test followed by my first ultrasound Friday. Then I have an ultrasound Jan 7 to see the heartbeat and at the point I am discharged from my RE and I can go to the regular OB!

I know I should be enjoying this and celebrating but I am so petrified something will happen. I am about 1 month pregnant so only 2 months until I am out of this scary first trimester.

I know that my RE is just being careful but all this testing that most pregnant woman dont have to undergo at the beginning is nerve racking. The RN tried to reassure me my only problem was not ovulating on my own and once they got me ovulating things should be smooth sailing.

Finally I am pregnant...we have wanted this and tried for almost 1.5 yrs. I just feel responcible for whatever is going to happen but helpless at the same time. I wish I could sit still the next 2 months to assure everything will be ok!!

Does anyone have any advice how I can get through these next few appointments and the next 8 wks without making myself crazy. Even the idea of the third blood test tomorrow is stressing me out. I just keep praying everything is fine.

I am almost 34 weeks pregnant and I have had lower back pain all day long starting last night. Nothing is taking the pain away. I am also having some mild cramping like tighting of my stomache, like BH. When I sit or lay down the pain doesnt go away it seems worse....I took a warm shower and nap and that helped but once I was up it came back...almost feels like I have a constant pain in the lower back that just wont give........should I call my doctor? or L&D?

UTI in the 2ww

I am pretty sure I have a mild UTI. It would be my first. I am 1 or 2 DPO and am drinking cranberry juice and lots of water. It started last night - I feel a little better, but I don't want to start antibiotcs in case it effects implantation. But on the other hand, I know UTI's can be bad during pregnancy. What should I do??? Thanks

What causes headaches and faster heart rate only during periods

Drs :

Is there any alarming reason why one experiences nagging headaches (does not go away even with the strongest of pills) a day before start of the period and continue for a day or two into the period? Along with slight anxiety and faster heart rate? Never have these outside of the period time and it happens every single month. My mother had the same thing but she had severe bleed and clot (later underwent hysterectomy) which is not the case with me. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Thanks!!

Pregnant or not?

I asked a question last night and Dr. Q Answered with a short response, but I'm searching for something more!

Hi,

My son is now 9 months old and he only breastfeeds at night now. I just recently had my first menstrual period October 22nd and it lasted for a week. The next month my husband and I started trying for another baby again and we had sex every other day in the month of November. Normally, when my periods start they are regular and incredibly painful and heavy.

I was 2 weeks late and started to spot. Which I figured it was implantation bleeding or something under that line. Within a few days I started to see red blood and it was dripping, but didn't fill a whole pantyliner and my BBT was still high and never came back down.

I'm still testing and it's coming back negative. It took me till I was 9 weeks to get a pregnancy test with my son and I think I may have the same situation this round.

I have been tired, incredibly thirsty, hungry, but when I eat I feel sick, I get headaches all the time, gassy, and my gums have begun to bleed again. Does it sound like I am pregnant? I'd appreciate an answer! Thanks so much!

I am 22 years old, by the way! I normally work in a 30 day cycle, but I don't know considering my son is my first and I've never breastfed before, etc. . .

Can you please answer my question in detail? As to what is going on and if I sound truly pregnant.

-KAP

hello sir,

My wife complains of pain during sex (Pain is located around the mouth of the cervix), also as my wife is around 43 years old, she is a concerned about not having babies, we don't have any children (But She is still menstruating). we would like to know what can we do to decrease her pain and increase her chances of having kids. i would also like to mention that we have been married just for a year, but due to her age we would like to have kids as soon as possible.

Please mention some general health practices along with any medicine for pain and increasing fertility.

Sex and Pregnancy Concerns

I've read article after article about sex and pregnancy, but need a clear answer. Some women say sex caused their miscarriages, some say its good for me and baby to have sex. Well, honestly, my husband and I have sex every day, sometimes more than once. I do not try to have orgasms anymore because I cramp so bad when I do. Is this normal or should I be worried? If sex hurts during pregnancy is this normal or should I avoid it? (Yikes haha) So if you could please clear this up for me I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks so much!!

Lunchmeat during pregnancy?

Okay I really must know can I not eat lunch meat? I usually always eat it hot, like a hot sub or something. I've stayed away from it for 11 weeks now because I read it can cause Listeria and Listeria can cause miscarriage. I REALLY want to get a sub today. Is it safe?

Still having pain 4 dpo.... what could it be?

Hi everyone. I'm new here. At the end of last month, I took clomid for the first time and received a + opk! Since about my fourth pill of clomid, I've been having a lot of pain in both ovaries but more so on the left and have been having back pain. Now that I'm 4 dpo it hasn't stopped. My question is all of this still happening from ovulation? I didn't realize how painful it is on clomid to the point where I don't want to take it again! I took 100mg. Thank you so much!

Can not having sex on ovulation decrease your chances of conceiving?

Hi. I took clomid and than got a +OPK this past Sunday. My husband and I bd'd on Thursday, Saturday and twice on Sunday the second time at 11:30pm but we didn't get a chance to BD on ovulation day yesterday. Can I still become pregnant? Thank you!I'm just afraid it won't happen yet again.

stomach flu at 28 weeks pregnant

Despite the flu shot, I came down with vomiting and diarreha all yesterday. I could not keep down any fluids or solids. I stayed in bed and slept the whole day. TOday I feel much better and I have been able to keep down water and broth soup. Are there concerns for the baby. I called my dr. and she was not worried at all but I dont want anything to happen to the fetus. Thanks!
