what's next? Do I still have a chance?

Hi! I am 32 yrs old and have been ttc for more than 2 years now..

Back in 2006, I was told that I had "chemical", early signs of ectopic pregnancy after being positive on a urine test.. this is because I had my period the day after and tvs showed no signs of pregnancy but a possible lump on the right tube.. they tested me after my period and the lump was gone. Months after, I had fertility work ups with 3 diff doctors (one at a time)

all of them giving me clomid but only the last doctor said that I had PCOS and an insulin resistant body.. I was then asked to loose wait and take metformin for she said that PCOS patients are having problems ovulating.. after 2 weeks of taking the medicine, she found out that I ovulated and had a good sized egg in perfect shape.. I was given Duphaston hoping that I was able to conceive.. I took it for 10 days and did not have my menstruation while taking it but I have to go back to the clinic 3 days after taking all those tablets and I had my mens the morning I had my check-up.. Everybody who had taken the same medicine was wondring why my doctor did it that way.. I was told that I was suppose to have my period while taking Duphaston because it induces mens if you are not pregnant but it holds the baby if you are.. so why do you think I have to wait for 3days without any medication before being checked?.. After this scenario, my doctor was very hopeful that I will get pregnant. She gave me my first set of clomid plus a steroidal medicine that I already forgot the name, I was able to produce 3 large eggs.. had follicle monitoring and everything seems perfect.. Again, with the aid of Duphaston, I had a delayed mens for a week but 2 days after I took all the medicines I had my period again and this was a day before I had my check-up.. all those times, I was really wondring why I don't get my period while on Duphaston and only had a flow after if the medicine should have induced menstruation... My doctor then said I should have hysterogram thinking that I may have blocked tubes after I did not conceive on what was supposed to be a perfect scenario..

I had my hysterogram days after my period.. on the first dose, she said I may have blocked tubes since the solution only passed thru half of one tube.. the second dose only went thru the opening then I flushed the solution out including the first dose that went in.. on the last try, I flushed out everything including the balloon that was inserted inside.. I was told

that this is an unusual case and can be due to an infection or pressure inside the body.. I was advised to have another hysterogram with anesthesia to check again because of the possibilities that my body was stressed. Is this worth another

try? What is that pressure inside my body causing me to flush-out all intakes? Regarding Duphaston, what should we expect when taking that medicine if you are not pregnant? Is it true that I should have my period 3 or 4 days while taking the medicine if I am not pregnant? After all these, what's next?

Sorry for a very long story and for asking too many questions.. thank you for the soon to be replies!

dr.q my o.b. prescribed me to take duphaston 10mg twice daily for two weeks. accoding to her, it'll make my baby stick and give more nourishment to my baby as well... have you ever prescribed this to your patients as well? she told me i have a high risk pregnancy because of my 2 miscarriages in the past and therefore should take duphaston to help avoid miss abortion.. what do you think about this? i am currently 9 weeks pregnant as of today. i am afraid that maybe it'll will harm my baby.. hope to hear from you soon.. thank you so much.

Duphaston???

Dr. Q...do you ever prescribe Duphaston to regulate cycles. I'd never heard of it until today and I was just wondering if it's the same thing as Provera. Does it work any better than Provera and can it be used along w/clomid?
