Irrregular period, Dont know am I ovulating or not

I had last period on 4th oct 2008, and my cycle is from 40 - 44 days, so I calculated ovulation period and it's from 26 oct - 4th nov. and we tried on those days, and till now its been 18 days but I didn't feel any symptoms. And I also baught a Basal thermometer last week and I noticed my temperature is playing around 97. but I felt egg white discharge since last 3 days but temperature is not high as 98. Please suggest what is going on with me... :(

uggg, as i was showering this morning i realized that i am 2 years off b/c pills at this very moment AND that last year i never thought i would be STILL TTC!

I have 2 kids that were conceived around thanksgiving and last year at this time i was ovulating and said how great it would be get preggo around this time again, at that point we were getting ready for our 1st IVF cycle.

Soooooo here i am AGAIN in a November and thinking how great it would be to get preggo and actually be able to keep the pregnancy this cycle..... i sigh cuz i cant believe that it has been another whole year of this heartache, its crazy that i thought the same thing last year too. I just dont know how many more novembers i can think this way, jeesh!

Please help me with this ladies,i got my period on Oct.23 and as i said bfore i am on a 28 day cycle ok.This is already the 5th.of Oct.and my14th.cycle day however,after my period ended on the 6th.cycle day i have been spotting a light red on the 2,3,4,and on the 5th.which is this morning it is now a pinkish color again,but with no c/m my day to ovulate according to my calander is today cause my cycle is every 28 days would this b a good time to try and concieve?

I am on my 6th cycle of Clomid (50mg). I have only been having regular cycles since July...AF would come either on the 29th or 30th of every month since then. However, it is now Nov. 2 and still no sign of AF. I've taken several tests but they all come back negative. I suppose my question is does it vary in some women on how long it takes for HCG to be detectable? In addition, I am 24 yrs old and have been diagnosed with PCOS and am scheduled to start taking Clomid 100mg if this cycle is unsuccessful. Oh, one more question. My nipples (not my breast) were extremely sore/sensitive from the time I ovulated to the day before my cycle was supposed to start (Oct. 16th or 17th - Oct. 30th). When this happens, is it safe to assume that my progesterone levels were above 15? And since they aren't sore anymore, is it safe to assume that my levels dropped and am not pregnant? Please help!

My period is 3 days late, have had 2 negative hpts. I have tender breasts, am extremely tired (no new stress in life), nausea, slightly dizzy or slight headache, could I be pregnant or just getting sick? Oh and I am never late, my period alwas starts on time and in the morning.

Spotting 4 days before Period

Dear Dr.

Is it normal to spot 4 days prior to your period. This has been happening for the past 3 months. I came off my BC about 5 months ago. My doctor did hormone test for LH, FSH, TSH and everything was normal. She did not to Progesterone test because she said this just might be how my cycle is and since the spotting is cyclic, she is not concerned. We are trying to conceive and I am worried that I am wasting time. She said next cycle we can test progesterone. Is it normal to have spotting? Also, should I take B6 Vitamin? I am so nervous, we have been TTC for 3 months and no luck. I am worried about the spotting, but she thinks its ok. Do a lot of people get this? Thanks so much!!

Calculating how far along you are

Okay, so Jolene and i have been trying to figure out the whole "how far along are we" thing, and what does it mean?

For example, if someone is 7 weeks/2 days, does that mean they're 2 days into their 7th week OR they're 7 full weeks, + 2 days, which means those 2 days are at the beginning of their 8th week?

What do y'all think?

I have been on my period for 10 days now. The first couple of days it was spotting, then it got heavier. I now have no energy at all. I am completely wiped out. My female parts were hurting really bad earlier. I was on clomid 2 months ago. Should I be worried and go to a doctor? The bleeding seems like it is getting heavier and not lighter. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi,

This is my first month on clomid 50 mg. I have taken clomid on CD5 - CD9.

On CD 15, I tested for my ovulation with Answer brand OPK (I used first morning urine...though it mentioned on Answer barnd that I can use it any time of the day). And it is +.

Again the same CD15, evening I tested. It is also +. On CD 16, I tested with Early morning urine. It is also +.

Today is my CD17. When I tested today, it showed + again. Why?

Am I ovulating or not? Is it is normal to get + OPK for several days..?

my last period was on 17th Aug and we bd'ed alternate days frm 23rd to 3rd sept. 5 days b4 my due periods, occasionaly it bleeds in the CM. Is it normal? Plus the breasts are a little sore since last 20 days. IS it correct to use a HPT on 14th? or is is just PMS?

Last month, I got a positive OPK on a thursday morning. We BDd that night and then on saturday. But I did not get pregnant. What are the days that I should BD this month to maximize chances of conception? Today is day 10 of my cycle. I normally ovulate on day 15. I am thinking of BD-ing on the 11,13,14,15,16,17. Is this a good idea?

So, I have 2 nights of Provera left, then wait for AF and start Clomid on days 3-7 of my cycle. Just wondering if anyone is at about the same spot as me in their cycle? Anyone waiting to start clomid? Or finishing up Provera? Or getting ready for AF? I would love to have a cycle buddy?

Fourth day in a row with a positive OPK

Well, I was very excited to get my positive OPK four days ago. I usually get the positive and then stop testing. I went way overboard with tests this month, so I decided to keep testing to see how long the surge lasted. Today is my fourth day getting a positive OPK reading. Is this normal? Should I be worried about a hormonal problem?

I look forward to hearing the doctor's opinon, but if any of you ladies could fill me in, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
