What to do if cd 3 for fsh test falls on a sunday?

We have recently seen an RE concerning IVF. I have orders to have bw on cd3 for fsh,estradiol and std screen(ours is a male factor, but tests are standard). Unfortunately cd3 is landing on a sunday. The RE's office is out of town and my ob's office doesn't do bw on the weekends. Should I go to a clinic lab on sat(cd2), try to see if the hospital does bw on sat/sundays(cd3) or wait until mon(cd4). I don't want to mess anything up or risk showing even slightly elevated levels since I am 37. Thank-you in advance for the information.

What are appropriate Estrogen levels for first few days of period?

I have been having light, brown spotting with some red here and there. I have been on Metformin for three months now and becoming regulated. I went in for blood work to see if it was start of my menses and the nurse said my estrogen was 52? Is that a good level for a few days into a period? I am not doing a medicated cycle this month, so haven't got much info from the nurse. Thanks!

Hi! Just wondering if you could give me any insight here. I had my embryo transfer (which were morulas on 5 day) on March 9th at 11:00 am. My trigger shot was on March 2nd at 11:30 pm. Just wondering when I can expect an accurate BHCG? On March 7th it was 7. Today it was 4. I am assuming this is leftover HCG from the trigger shot. Just wondering when I could expect +BHCG if either embryo implanted. Sorry to be so confusing. Thanks!

My period cycle is 25 days. I bleed only in clots (not too big) on the 1st and 2nd day and then bleed normally after that. 1st and 2nd day with clots, constipation and lot of pain especially on the 2nd day. Is this kind of period abnormal? Iv been trying to conceive since the last 4 months.

Hello. I am loosing my mind. I had my first FET last Friday (am at day 9) and I took a hp test this morning and it was negative. I have already started grieving. These are the only two embryos we could harvest before I had to have tandem bone marrow transplants (treatment for recurrent hodgkin's lymphoma) 2 years ago. The BMTs caused premature ovarian failure. My FET was medicated (obviously) so I do have "symptoms" but they can all be chalked up to high synthetic estrogen and progesterone levels. Does anyone out there know if there is still any hope? My beta is on day 12... I just don't know if it makes any sense for me to still be hopeful.

Hi there. I feel so stupid posting this, but i have took my fertomid (clomid)that my gynae prescribed for me on the wrong cycle days. I have started taking it on day 7 on this cycle instead of days 5-9. I am now on the 3rd day of my clomid. I wrongly misread the information my gynae prescribed for me. I feel so stupid. Should i take the remaining three pills together or have i ruined this cycle for myself. I don't go and see my gynae again until four weeks time. Many thanks, and embarressed Naomi

I am having an ultrasound on Wednesday, which is the 4th day of my cycle. They are also going to do some bloodwork. Hopefully I will be able to start Clomid that day. What is the purpose of the ultrasound and bloodwork?
