i have one ovary and only one falopian tube but, it is on the side where i have no ovary. if i have invitro and i concieve, do i need the ovary or the tube to keep the baby growing in my uterus or can i have a sucsessful pregnancy with out.

my last menstrual was july 31st and it left august 4th on the 7th i notices egg white cm so i assumed i was ovulating and did it on the 8th and 9th. on the 12th of aughust i felt some ovulation pains and figured maybe i miscalculated a few days ago, so i di it again the 12th and the 13th. i believe i have a normal cycle but i never really tracked it until now. what do u think my chances are of concieving? i tested today at 10dpo and it was a negative. oh yeah and only a few drops inserted in me all the times we did it.

Hi......i have been having irregualar periods from past 4 years. I consukted a gynaeo when this problem started, she advised me to take a Primoult N Tablet for 3 days 3 times a day, so 6 days after taking the tab, I used to get my periods.I have continuued this process from 4 years. Now I am married and I want to concieve, I am trying from past 7 months, but there is no sign of pregnancy.I am scared my irrgular periods is a concern and the tables which I am taking from several years maybe affecting. I have got certain scans done, results are normal. Please suggest how do I concieve and how to get my periods regular.I am really really worried.

me and my partner are trying to concieve our first child, we had intercourse on the 29th june and my 5day fertile window started on 2nd july, that was our only chance due to a back injury of my partner, is the any chance it will work? a day after ovulation finished a very light spotting and twice since then aprox. 4-5 days apart.

I tried to conceive for about 18 months with no success. I’m 23 years old and always had regular period (28 days cycle), but when I got married after couple months my cycle start changing from 28 to 30, 33, 35 to 39 day cycle. For the past two month I had UTI (kidney infection) and almost all antibiotics did not work for me except the last one. Right after this I was diagnosed with vaginosis, again I start taking antibiotics and just finished 2 weeks ago. Last month 05/08 my cycle changed 35 days cycle to 28 day cycle. So I’m not suppose to get my period until 6/14/08 but cycle changed again this month to 25 day cycle. I always have very painful periods; I can’t even go to school or work for the first 2 days. But I get menstrual cramps 1 1/2-2 weeks before my next cycle. I also have painful ovulation. I have about 1- 1 ½ of pain free of every month.

Also my lower abdominal hurts all the time even after period ended for the past 2 months. I though it was due the kidney infection but since I don’t have that anymore still hurts. I don’t know what to do anymore. I went to the Doctor (OBY.) and nothing had worked for me yet. They told me to try taking birth control pills but it may not work but it could help. Since I’m trying to have baby I don’t want it take it.

One of the OBY that I just went thinks that I might have endometriosis but she is not sure; she want me to have pelvic ultrasound but I can’t right now because my insurance will not cover it until the end of July. What should I do? I really don’t know what’s going on with me. I really need help and advice, and I would greatly appreciate any advice that you can give me.

I had a ectopic pregnancy in 06 and had to have part of my right tube removed.In 07 I concieved a son and lost him at 21 weeks from a car accident.This was last Jan12th.I've been trying to concieve since April of last yr and nothing.My doctor has tested me for everything under the sun and moon.She said I'm fine and so is the one tube I have left.How do I know which side I'm ovulating from each month.Is there really a tell tale sign???Since I only have use of my right tube.And is it true that I ovulate every other month now?

I am on my 2nd cycle of clomid. Last month i thought i was pg, because of all the symptoms i had. this month i am on cd11 and i am throwing up everything i eat. Just wanted to know whether this also a side effect of clomid or should i be worried? thank you for your time and ladies i would appreciate your opinions also.

My question is, if i get a regular menstural cycle, does that mean that I am ovulation every month. I have regular periods, of 31 days, Would that mean I would ovulate on the 15th or 16th cycle day not the 14th ?

We have been trying to concieve our fourth and final baby and have had no luck! I am really starting to get worried, is it possible that either he or I are just no longer fertile. My doctor won't even consider giving me fertility drugs. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Hi I have finally been prescribed some tablets from my gp and wanted to know the best time to do some baby dancing,

my gp has prescribed a progesterone tablets called norethisterone and i have to take 3 x daily for 7 days then on the 1st day of my period i have t take 50mg of clomid for 5 days. I was wanting to know whe in all this period would it be best to try, i hope all this is understandable,
