      <title>common cold during pregnancy</title>
      <description>&lt;div&gt;Dear Dr Q, I moved out of state and caught a bad 'common cold'. Prolly due to change of weather, water. I dont have a fever, not tired or anything, but lotsa sneezing and blowing the nose (sorry TMI). I just thot to take a tylenol once I get a fever of 99 or more. Just wondering if the common cold will affect the baby (12+ weeks. not sure exactly lol) and I need to take something immediately or just deal with it with more kleenex if I can.&lt;/div&gt;
