Collasped Follicle... Dr....?

I went to the Dr. today for a follicle check. (Taking Femara & trigger shot only). Well today is CD14 and I have ovulated. Last cycle on Femara I didn't ovulate till CD19. My RE said sometimes this happens and sometimes its better for it to happen naturally. So no need for a trigger shot. She asked if we have BD'd yesterday and I told her no. We did at like 5am this morning. She said, "even better!" So I told her I thought I had "O" pains yesterday morning/the evening before. She said I ovulate after the pains (which I didn't know)...She said by looking at the sonogram she thinks I just recently ovulated like less than 12 hours ago. I asked how she can know that and she said she can still see the collasped follicle on the sono. So is that true? How long can you see a collasped follicle after ovulation? I just wonder what my time frame is? We BD'd only once of course this morning. Should we do it more or do I just have to rely on this mornings intercourse?

Dr.???

I just got back from the doc. I found out I am pregnant!!! They did an ultrasound to check on the cyst that I had. It is gone. But he saw what he said looked like a collapsed cyst on my right side. He did not see anything in the uterus. But wanted to keep a check on me to make sure it wasnt a tubercal pregnancy.

My Questions.....

1. I am probably about 4 weeks preggo...is it too early to see anything in the uterus?

2. What is a collapsed cyst?

3. I just missed my period today. Would I get a + pregancy test this early if it was a tubercal pregnancy?

4. At 4 weeks shouldnt I have seen a gestional sac?

Thank you so much!!

STICKY GLUE NEEDED!!!!
