Is it too late to be pregnant?

It is my first cycle on femara. I am on CD 29 but got positive OPK on CD 17. Would I be getting a positive pregnancy test yet? I am confused about why I have not gotten af if I ovulated. Should I need the provera to help me get my period this month? Shouldn't she come on her own after ovulation? Is there a chance I could be pregnant?

im doing my egg retreival tuesday morning my trigger shot was today sunda at 9:20pm i was on b/c pills then lupron at 1o units then at 5 units and also follistim at 100iu the 125iu the 150 iu i have 5 mature follicles size 24mm,20mm,21mm,19mm,18mm, and 5 on my other side that are not mature size 10mm,10mm,13mm,14mm,16mm im 21 years old and hubby 23 we are in good health just with the problem of not having a rite tube due to ectopic! is my first ivf! i just wanted to know what are my chances of conceiving withthis follicles? thank you

hi, doctor, and everyone!

this is for my ivf!

i had my u/s today. i have 10 follicles 5 in one i side and 5 in the other side. of dose 10 follicles only 5 are good enough for retreival, i have a 24,20,21,19,18 and the others are 10,10,13,14,16 i have my retreival on tuesday! my doctor said she dont want to give me more follistim cause she dont want to lose the big ones that we already have to try to get the other ones to grow and end up with not much to work with! she also said it was my choice to continue on egg retreival or cancel cycle and start all over again with different protocol so if i decide to continue i have to trigger today! but im not sure of wat to do im scared!:( my question is if i do continue to do it what are my chances of having a good chance of pregnancy or of have a good number of eggs to work with and also after the tigger shot can the folicles grow more or they wont grow at all i realy need the help thank you! i also wanted to mension that i im 21 years old and hubby is 23 and we both are pretty health with the only problem of not having my rite tube due to ectopic!

So my husband and I are TTC. My last period was October 10th. We had unprotected sex on the 22nd and 24th of October. I was expecting my period around November 7th. I took a HPT on that day and it came back negative, I waited a couple of days and took another, again negative. It is now November 15th and I still have no period and a negative HPT. I have been cramping for the past week, I have been a little bloated, way more tired than usual. My breats are feeling a little heavy, nothing major. I am wondering if it's all in my head or if I should get a blood test done?

ok i had a abortion when i was 12 from getting raped i got on depo birth control shot i got 3 shot but stoped on 10-12-06 and 6 months ive been trying to get pregnate so i gave up and got on birth control pills took them 3 weeks then stoped waited a week then got back on them took 3 more pills then stoped its been over a months since i stoped taking them and i also have irregular periods like in october i had 3 periods. ive been trying to get pregnant for 6 months befor the birth control pills.now that im off what are my chances of getting pregnant or what can help me get pregnant?

are my chances good to get pregnant on my first round of clomid. i did all the blood testes and a ultrasound all came back good. the only thing is i don't get my periods. my last period was 4 months ago. my dr gave me provera for 5 day to get my af then i take clomid 50mg 5-9 day. your input will be great thanks

I started my cycle on Oct. 17. I had intercourse on the 15. He did not pull out, this happened twice in one day. not sure how many times we have had sex this month, but also know a couple other dates. 20, 22, 24, and 28, 29, not positive that sperm went in any of these times, I threw up once last week, starting saturday started feeling back ache, stomach pains, and feeling very dizzy at times, along with being tired and hungry at weird parts of the day. my breast feel heavier than normal and feel bouncier than normal. My period only lasted three days last month. on the fourth day no blood, than the fifth day a little spotty dark red blood. I also had dishcarge the last couple days is this normal? could I be pregnant?

My girlfriend and I have been trying to conceive. It's been about a month and a half since her last period. We tested twice. Both negative. She has pretty much all the symptoms of being pregnant. Being nauseous, lightheaded, headaches, cramps, lots of mood swings, even had a few weird "hot flashes", irritability, gained a couple of pounds, thrown up here and there, trouble keeping food down, weird food cravings, and even some of the things she loves to eat she hasn't been able to keep down. She's been peeing a lot, even when she doesn't drink much, sensitive nipples/boobs. Once she even "spotted" like she was implanted. Only once.

It's been about 6 weeks since her last period. Tested twice. Both negative. Still no period. Continues to have the same symptoms.

i ovulated approx 27th oct. all week i have had cramping at the bottom of my abdomon and bottom of my back. i have been bloated and constipated all week. last night i noticed some spotting and all today i have been feelin nausea's and running backwards and forwards to the toilet. my period is not due till the 10th nov. just wondering if these are true signs and when would it show on a hpt? thanks

k my last period was oct 9 and i had sex most of the month i cant really remember what days but pretty much 5 times a week so anyways... i am now 11 dpo expecting my period in 3 days i have a test here a first response that says you can test 5 days sooner but im scared to be disappointed lol but i really cant wait! anyways i have been having symptoms so anyone that has been pregnant can help me if they have had this same symptoms. like around 4 dpo my breast started getting sore now 7 days later they are even more sore and full my nipples are darker not the aerola just the nipple also my veins are more notisable like i always use to have little veins but now they are really standing out my breasts are even more sore by my armpits i have had really bad diarreah for 3 days. it went away today. runny nose, cramps, as soon as i open my eyes in the morning im hungry.. but im nauseus too so i dont know i want to test but i dont know if i should just wait. my symptoms are telling me im pregnant and i know it might be too early but i do feel them i was pregnant before and i ddnt feel nothing and i was ttc back then too all i had was sore breasts and pain in my legs at about 6 weeks no more than that. also the morning of 10 dpo when i woke up i had something brown on m underwear looked like dry blood but it was really brown idk could this be implantation bleeding? i dont know what it looks like cuz i didnt have it last time well sorry for writing so much i just need someone to give me some information if this has happened to them! My last period started on 10-17. My cycle is usually 25 days long and I am trying to conceive so I had sex with my husband from 10-25 to 10-29. On friday, I started to feel mild cramping but they did not feel like period cramps and today I feel like I have to urinate every 10 minutes but when I go, only a little bit comes out. I do not have very much change when it comes to my breast although they only feel a wee bit sore today and I also have a diminished appetite. I am expecting my period on 11-11 so it is too early to take a test but I want to know what you think about my symptoms, is it too early to have any? Thank you!

Hi Doctor,

My husband and I are gearing up for ICSI this cycle, due to male factor (low count, motility and morph.). All of my tests have come back normal, so there's no known issue with me. FYI:

Day 3 labs: 7.2 FSH, 32.5 Estradiol

Normal HSG

Antral follicle count: 10 (in June), 17 (in Sept) -- we're not sure why so different

I'm almost 36 years old, healthy, very regular cycles, positive OPK every month.

We tried 4 natural IUIs with 3M or fewer sperm. All failed.

Our RE gives us a 40-44% chance of success per ICSI cycle. Does that sound right to you? Also, does the fact that I have no issues help increase our chance for success? I'm carrying an extra 20lbs, but healthy otherwise. Just wondering if we have a decent shot...

Please advise. Any reassurance you can provide would be great! Thanks :)

I'm about to begin a round of clomid with trigger shot and IUI (this is how I got pregnant last time). I have a new doctor this time who is not very helpful and I was hoping you could tell me how I could lower my chance of conceiving twins. Does it matter how much clomid I'm on? 50mg vs 100mg for example? What about the timing of taking it? I heard that if you start closer to first day of your cycle your chances are higher. Is this true? Any of advice? Thank you!

Ok i had a peiod on oct 2-5 but it was so light. Then on the 15th me and my husband had sex then couple of days later i spotted just when i wiped. And the past week i have felt so tired and i'm starving then when it comes down to it i wont eat much and i have being peeing alot lately. please help

i have my period on the 30 and ended on the 3rd....

so from 9 to the 14th was my time to try

i had sex on the 12 and 13th... on the 15th my boobs itch real bad and i have watery discharge really bad for a week after i had sex

also had sex the 6- through the 9th

the 15,16,20,21, and today

i want to know what are my chances

i would love to have a baby with my husband

i took a test it said neg. did i take it to early

i should be getting my period on the 27th or 28th

I think I figured out a way that will boost your chances.

It will take A LOT of work though.

I did all of the following.. all at the same time

First of all...I used the Clearblue Fertility Monitor.

I also used the 'Sperm Meets Egg' plan

And after we'd BD, I would quickly put a pillow under my butt and put my legs all the way up on the headboard.

I also used the fertilityfriend.com chart recording my bbt and signs.

It was a lot of work...but it worked for me!!! So why not try it, right?
