Will a "real period" show after possible implantation bleeding?

I had what I think was implantation bleeding on Nov.21st. Lasted one day. I'm on CD36 and still getting negative results. Is there still a chance I could be pregnant? could my hCG levels be slow to elevate?? I haven't had a cycle nor do I feel like one is coming on. Will I get my cycle soon if not pregnant? or Will it just skip? Cycles are typically 30days long. thank you

bleeding after clomid

I am on CD 18. I took 50 mg Clomid CD 3-8. I had a + OPK (although I have gotten countless false + so who knows anymore...) on CD 15.

However, this evening I started bleeding, brown turning red, very thick.

It seems like too much to call spotting, and it is turning red so it's not all old blood.

I go for Progesterone level Friday- but does anyone have any idea what this bleeding is all about?

I think I'm going to call tomorrow and make an appt, since I'd need one to get more Clomid anyway, but I was wondering if anyone has had this experience.

TY

After HSG

I just had an HSG test on Thursday the 30th and starting the next day my husband and I started on working to have a baby as it was my ovulation time. On Sunday though I started bleeding like my period started but it ended up going away right away. Does anyone know why I would start bleeding days later like that?

Bleeding 1 day after intercourse.

I loss my baby on 8/29. Incompetent cervix at 15 weeks. I experienced bleeding for 8 days after. I starting using opk's. Got a positive opk on 9/18. I had sex 9/14, 9/16, and 9/18. So now today 9/20, I'm bleeding bright red. Not a flow but more like spotting. At this point I don't care about falling pregnant. I want to know if I should be alarmed? My next doctors visit is 10/10. Should I wait? I should have waited to have sex but I wanted to try soon. ALso my cervix is mid position and kind of soft.

bleeding after colposcopy - could it be implantation bleeding

Hi,

I recently had a colposcopy on a Friday and a biopsy was taken. i went home and felt normal no bleeding that night, no bleeding saturday just a large amount of vm (this may sound horrible but some of it was like a phlegm color), but sunday evening i began a light bleed that continued very lightly til wednesday. the bleeding was more a brown vaginal mucus than any blood. On sunday i was 5 dpo, is there any chance that this could be implantation bleeding or am just being naieve and hopeful?

any advice would be greatly appreciated

Important question (bleeding since August 26)

Hi Dr.Q,

Okay just to refresh. I had a miscarriage (missed) discovered it on July 21st had a DNC on July 22.my baby stoppped growing 8 weeks 2 days. Date of miscarriage I would have 10 weeks 4 days. Well I bleed for about a week after the DNC and my Dr. Gave me three little pills to take to stop the bleeding. All was well I had the 2 week checkup and my cervix was closed. He told me to come back on the 17th of September to start provera/femara. He also said I may not need provera if I get a period on my own before that apointment.

Well since my two week check up after the DNC I have been having unprotected sex with my husband.

On the August 26th I start spotting dark brown and some clots this went on for about four days and has held steady only now it is a deep red and at least once a day I pass a nice size clot(not abnormal large but the size I would if I were on a period). Well here it is the 14 of september and still going. I am not having any pain and I feel up one pad per day. Also I do have pcos but have always and this has never happened before. I called and spoke with the nurse and she said if no pain no problem. Now I can't get in touch with anyone because I am in houston and just got hit by hurricane Ike. Any thoughts on what this could be?

Bleeding after HSG (TMI but I really need help)

I had a saline ultra sound on 8-18-08 that made my period start early, then on CD 6 (8-25-08) I had an HSG. The dr said that there wasnt any bleeding from the procedure so I figured that I would stop my period on CD 7 like I normally do. Well it is now CD 9 and I am still bleeding, yesterday I thought that it had stopped but when I woke up this morning there was red blood again, but in the red blood there is this slimy almost gray discharge. Is this normal or is it a sign of an infection?

The dr told me that the bleeding should only last about 24 hours, well it is now 10:00 am on Wednesday and I still have not stopped bleeding. It actually seems be getting heavier!
C-section vs vaginal birth bleeding

Will a woman who has a natural vaginal birth bleed more after birth than someone who delivers by C-section?

Is the off and on bleeding EVER going to stop?!

I'm feeling very frustrated...

I only bled for like 1 1/2-2 weeks after having Christian, spotted til like 3 weeks.. then it stopped.. came back for 1-2 days... stopped... came back for 3-4 days... stopped for 2 days.. and now, its back again today.. and I have been taking my mini pill on time every day for the past 1 1/2 weeks.....(approximately) so...

I'm looking forward to being able to BD again (although I'm scared still that it will hurt) but if this dang bleeding doesn't stop, I'm not going to get to BD. Is it ever going to quit?!

Bleeding

I had an IUI on May 30th. A week later I had a blood test to see if I ovulated, which I did. On day 11 I started bleeding. It was heavy for three days. Then Light for two days. I'm asuming it was my period. Could I still be pregnant?

How long should you bleed/spot after a miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage at 11w6d in 5/21. An ultrasound confirmed that it was complete. I had heavy bleeding for a few days and have been spotting or having light bleeding ever since. Sometimes it is brown, sometimes it is dark red or pink. Some days it is barely there. I will think it is gone, and then it returns.

I took an over the counter pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative. This was what my dr's office said to do. I go back on the 11th for a follow-up.

Should I be concerned, or is this just a normal ending to a natural miscarriage? Will I ovulate or get a period after this stops, or during?

Any advice would help!
