Possibly allergic to DH sperm?

Is it possible to be allergic to your DH sperm??? Is just that whenever we BD it feels like its burning inside of me. Don't now. As time passes the ardor subsides.

Hi

On my 2nd round of Clomid, really want it to work this time.

I had a positive OPK on 11th March at 6pm. (The morning of 11th March was negative and so was the morning of March 12th)

We BD that night, and also 4 nights previous.

As we had friends staying over, we couldn't BD on March 12th. Do you think this was a missed opportunity?

Do I need to BD today on March 13th or is it too late?

Had my AF, finished yesterday. Today I BD and when finished all was normal. An hour later I started bleeding and I can understand why and my ovaries hurt. Why is that???

When to BD after LH surge?

I got a +OPK today(Friday) at 3:45pm. In the past, DH's sperm count has been inconsistent (not too low) but better when abstaining a day or 2. (At 2days abstaining, he had 14 million)

DH unfortunately, didn't know I was expecting to O soon and he ejaculated this morning.

So, based on that, when should we BD? Everything says O mostly likely occurs 24-36 hours after surge, so should we wait until tomorrow night (Saturday) or is that waiting too long?

What could ovarian pains at 6 DPIUI be?

I am currently 6 days past IUI. I am experiencing ovarian tinges simlilar to what you would feel around ovulation. They are also kind of bloated feeling. It's on both sides but mainly the right. It is not that bad usually. But, last night during BD, the right side hurt quite badly.

I was worried that it could be cyst but then I remembered my RE saying something about this possibly happening around this time. Any guesses as to what it could be? If it persists should I call RE office?

i just have a quick question.

i had sex last night and afterwards went to the bathroom to clean up (get rid of remaining semen)

mid moring today im getting what i assume to be ewcm on the toilet paper and a bit inside.

do you think this could be left over semen actual ewcm?

Looking for cycle buddies...going with IUI this month (Sep 2009)

Well, we have decided to go to IUI this month to help our chances and I'm looking for cycle buddies. We are on CD 2 (only!!).

My background - I have a year old son who took three years to conceive so we started trying again for baby number 2 three months ago and no success. I have been diagnosed with PCOS and have been using clomid (round 1, no success and left a cyst on my ovary), femara (round 2, no success but no cyst either!) so now we are on Femara, Metformin and trying IUI for round 3. I also have a HSG this coming monday that I am super scared for!

I have been trying to meet some cycle buddies for support and to give support to. I know how hard this process is with the ups and downs with our first go around.

Thanks in advance and here is hoping for BFP's all around!!!!

It took me over two years to convince my husband that we were not going to concieve on our own , what got him too that point was the month my cycle was late i got all excited took a hpt and got the usual bfn , I cried for two days , Since that following week we have been to the re several times and I have been taking clomid ( still no luck but feelin better about the odds ) he willing did the sperm test ( hes good to go) . I am so glad I found this web site , hubby tries to understand what im going through but he doesnt get it like you guys (gals) do , I blame myself everytime we get a no , though i know im doing everything I can . At 24 yrs old its just strange to know you cant conceive without help.

So 27 cycles into ttc and hopefully this will be our lil bean cycle . we used preseed and soft cups to help out plus lots and lots of bding

Clomid Questions

I have been trying to conceive with my fiance of two years for almost 18 months now! I have unknown infertility problems. I just finished up my first time use of Clomid! I have not had any side effects from it and I am now ovulating. Today is cd 14 and I am ovulating...this is normal for me. I get my period every 28 days and most time ovulate on day 13 or 14, usually 14.

Is there anything that you can recommend for me to do while ovulating?

The doctor is thinking of increasing my dose of Clomid from 100mgs to 150mgs if this cycle is not sucessful...does the higher the dose produce more eggs?

Also I read somewhere that the higher the dose of Clomid you are on the higher your chances are for twins or multiples.

I was told that since I do not have a family or personal history of twins that my chance is around 10%...but will that 10% increase if my dosage of Clomid increases.

I don't care if I have triplets (as long as all the babies and myself stay healthy), I just want to prepare myself for that chance. Also, I have two other children

to previous partners, ages three years old and seven years old.

My partner has two kids to previous partners and they are ages 12 and 8, we just can NOT seem to even get pregnant to one another.

I heard that prior births could cause twins to occur whie using Clomid. Is that true?

Sorry for the million questions, today is Sunday, so my doctor is NOT open or I would call. My doctor is NOT monitoring me except for me to come in on cd 22 for and altrosound to see if I am pregnant. Thanks for ANY answers you can give me.

Hello .I know that with iui the benefit s with the sperm wash allowing the best mobile ones to be there.And that iui places it in the cervix instead of the sperm having to travel and fight the odds to the cervix...but my questions

is does anyone know the percentage of pregnancy with iui compared to "BD" natural method in a positive outcome ?

I know iui is used with clomid alot as I have read because clomid makes the mucus sometimes hostile and that injectables don't do that

Dr. Q & anyone:

I received a +OPK on Saturday 11AM - we BDed Friday PM, Sat AM & Sun PM - is this enough? BUT I also took OPK again on Sunday and received +OPK at 10AM. Does this mean I would have ovulated 12-36 hrs after 1st +OPK or 2nd? I am confused? My chart on fertility freind has not confirmed Ovulation yet. It is assuming today I will. Why? I received +OPK 3 days ago. I am sooo confused and now worried that I didnt time BD right. Should we BD again tonight or is it too late? please someone help??

I received a -OPK at 7am on CD12 but received a +OPK at 11am on CD13. DH & I BD on CD12 pm, CD13 am. Took another OPK on CD14 at 10am and it was +OPK. We again BD on CD14 pm & I took another OPK that night before bed at 10pm CD14 & it was -OPK. We will BD again today CD15 just in case. Are my chances good? I was on my 1st cycle of clomid 5-9. When can I test?

Today is cycle day 16 for me. I got a +'ve OPK on Friday night. We BD'ed all weekend and today at lunch I went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was a slight bit of pinkish blood on the toilet paper..? I don't get it! Please help...thanks!

I had 4 16mm follicles on friday, was told to trigger sunday before noon. However, I had a positive opk saturday night, so I want to know if the trigger shot will override my natural ovulation and if I should expect ovulation monday night (36hrs).

Also, what is the advantage of triggering instead of ovulating naturally?

Hello. I just recieved my Positive OPK. I tested once at noon. It was a faint line, and I just tested again and it is definitely a positive.(4pm) My question is....should we BD tonight or should we wait until tomorrow morning (6:30 am)?

My DH has poor Morphology, so I really want the best possible chance we can have. I don't think doing it both tonight and tomorrow morning is feasable, so I wanted to know what you all thought? As always...Thanks so much!
