This med is super expensive with no generic available. If I take one every other day instead of everyday, and stay on my metformin. Will it still do it's job? I don't have diabetes. The Avandia does help me ovulate. The metformin does not. The Avandia works so efficiently. I would assume it would help me still to ovulate since it's in my system. What is ur take on this? Which one works better?<br/><br/>The story I heard was the women had bad diabetes and pcos, she was on metformin for 6 yrs. w/ no pregnancies, the Dr switched her to Advantia and that month she got pregnant!!!
