Well it is 36 days and still no af. Some cramping here and there! Sore bb's and keep going to the bathroom thinking I have got af and its not af! I am waiting until tomorrow to test as af sometimes comes on a Friday but it has never been after the 7th of the month. Wish me luck!

I usually have AF for 2 days then 1 day off & then 2 on.

My mother in law is a nurse & said that I am most likely ovulating twice. Is this possible?

We are doing our first IUI, with Clomid & Ovidrel Shot...I am concerned a little bit about twins. More of a meantal preparation than a worry lol.

hi ladies and drs..

i don't if i'm late or i didn't ovulate. this month i didn't use a opk. but today i am on cd 42 which is really weird knowing that my longest cycle was 35 days. In july my cycle was 35 days then in august my cycle was 33 days. and *knock on wood* but i never got af yet. i had a little brown bleeding for 2 days on cd 27 and 28 then nothing. A few days after my nipples were really sensitive, not the whole bb, just the nipple area. and now my whole bb is sensitive. Around the time i had bleeding there was no signs that it was coming but it was just 2 days. After the bleeding stopped, i really had sensations that i was going to have a real af, i had mild cramping and was "wet" but when i looked it was only cm.

I was thinking, "can you really have all these progesterone symptoms; sensitive bbs, if never ovulated?"

But then you only can have symptoms if you did ovulate right?

I need opinions from everyone please.

Ok so I'm on cd8 my lmp was 10/2 but I started spotting lighty today after stopping bleeding on 10/5(cd3)...what's going on? Should I still continue my cycle of meds or is it pointless? Could this just be some old af blood or something else? I tested today w/opk & hpt all negative. What do you all think?

OK, so I am 27 and have 3 children. I am trying to conceive #4 and last child, before having a total hysterectomy! I have been ttc offically for a year, but unofficially for 2 years. I have PCOS, really bad, and have only 1 ovary due to pcos. I had my left ovary removed in 2004 due to a rare cyst and cysts removed from my right ovary countless times! I have had abnormal paps since atleast 2004, probably earlier. I have been diagnosed with cervical cancer, and have had numerous colposcopies, biopsies, and 1 LEEP! I went on Avandia in 2005 and got pregnant with my youngest daughter in 2006. since then its been a downward spiral for me. I don't ovulate on my own due to pcos. So 2 months ago my ob/gyn told me he would give me 6-9 months to conceive before doing a total hysterectomy. So he started me on metformin, did a month of that, still no AF ( no AF for 6 months actually). So he added provera to start my af, then did my first round of clomid @50mg days 3-7. I went for a follicle screen on cd15 and there was only 1 follicle that measured 1 1/2 cm. dr. wasn't impressed, but did a progesterone level on cd21. I got a positive opk on cd 15 as well as ewcm, and o pains. My progesterone level didnt look like I ovulated, so he said when Af comes that he will raise my dose of clomid to 100 mg. but if she doesn't come by 14dpo (which is tomorrow) then to take hpt's. I took one yesterday and got a bfn.. took one today and have no idea what it is, but think its a faulty test. I am gonna go buy NEW ones tonite and retest tomorrow! GOOLUCK EVERYONE and lots of babydust.

I got my last lupron shot Sept. 29th for endometriosis. Now I feel like I'm going to start my cycle and its only Oct 9th. I've felt this way for a few days. I have cramping. Is this normal? Why am I experiencing this already? Am I going to be getting my cycle again soon? Thanks!

34 Days and Still no AF

I am going on my 34 day today with no af. I usually always start around the 7th of the month but always around a Friday. Should I hold off until Friday to test? MY dh and I have been ttc for over 1 yr and 1/2.

i have a question for u. can u take clomid after only 2 days of very LIGHT spotting? it was just pink on the t.p. then it was brown. little tiny bit on my underwear the first day. didnt use tampons or anything... if that wasn't my AF then im CD35 right now. if it tech. was, then id be CD3, if I am CD 3 i need to start clomid.

im so confused, i called my doctor he said to wait for what feels like the true onset of my period and then take clomid cd3 after that...

but i usually always get my periods cd30-36 and my boobs have been sore for about 10 days now... im so confused.

deep inside me i feel like that was my AF and just being on clomid last cycle made it very thin. but my dr said that just spotting doesnt count. why does it have to be so difficult.

I had to take provera to get AF. I finished my dose last Saturday, still no AF. Do I have to wait on AF to start taking my Femara or can I start it on the 5th day after stopping the provera? Please help!!!

I have PCOS. In order to get AF I have to take provera for 14 days a month. I finished my monthly dose last Saturday and still haven't gotten AF. What do I do now? I'm supposed to start my 2nd cycle with Femara on CD 5. Do I take it 5 days after AF should have started or wait till she shows up?

Hi ladies, I have more questions for you. As some of you know about my situation, this month when af was due..I had brown blood instead of red. It was for 3 days but not heavy where I needed to change my pad the whole day. I don't have anything now but I have the feeling where when u do have ur af and u feel it coming out but nothings there. Its just cm but very clear and thin looking like water.. Kind of. Do u guys understand that? But I can't xplain it. But did any of you have this. I just feel like blaah. I don't even feel no symptoms whatsoever. I just feel like I do have af but don't got it. Please everyone..help. Thanks.

Hi doctors, I just wanted to know what it means when I been having a light af when my af is expected. I wasn't too sure if I should count that as a new cycle. I had brown blood for the last 3 days and now its just light colored discharge. So im not sure what this is..a new cycle or not? It is time for my af but brown is coming out.. Not that heavy where I have to change my pad.. So please help docs and ladies. Thank you!

What do you think is this a bfp or evaporation line?

I took this 9/24 & 2 more that day were bfn & then took 2 more hpts 9/25 & were bfn,I tested today again & I got another bfn today w/fmu...ugh..idk what's going on! Why would I get 1 bfp & 5 bfn?! Does anyone know? If I had my af on time I'd be due for af Sat or Sun I had a missed m/c & d&c to remove on 8/25, I bled for 19days after d&C & ob thinks was af back to back w/d&c bleeding. Had beta done on 9/8 & 9/10 nurse called & told me levels were back down to normal. So what does it mean if you get a bfp & then 5 bfn? Please answer...I'm so confused!!

hello again.. i just wanted to know why my af differ every month.. when i was on ovulex my af was all over the place. my cycle was a mess. when i stopped in april, it was going back to normal. now i been calculating in for the past 3 months. and it went from 35 days in my cycle to 30 days then just yesterday i had a little brown(i guess old blood) and it's only been cd27 so i was just wondering why my af been like that. thanks.

Last cycle AF came exactly 14DPO at cd31. Noemally cycles are 28days but clomid makes me a little late.

Ok so im currently on cd 11. no meds this month. So hopefully i'll have a normal cycle. Started spotting on the 13th but it stopped then AF came for a few hours on the 14th then stopped. On the 15th it came in full force. heavy bleeding stopped on cd4 (9/18). I had spotting on cd5 & cd6. AF was completely gone by cd7. Now Ive spotted from cd8 thru today. All these days i've had EWCM. Yesterday I woke up with bad cramps like if I had my period. Later in the day I had this heavy feeling in my lower abdomen. I woke up this morning and had blood on underwear as if AF was going to start again but no cramps just the heavy feeling. I did an OPK but it was negative, so i know im not ovulating anytime soon.

Has this happen to anyone before?

My doctor is out of town and I dont see her again til the 20th of October.

Is something wrong? Should I call another doctor?

Yesterday I feel the same way as the day I had my m/c but I know im not pregnant. What can it be?

Hey everyone... every month about 1-2 weeks before my af I get af symptoms but for this month I didn't get anything....... not even tender breast and that's a always for me and just today I had a little brow on my underwear but when I wipe its okay. And its almost the time of having my af but its just weird not having my normal symptoms. What do you guys think? Is that okay?

Hello!

I'm 25 years old and my husband (he's 28) and I have been trying to conceive since March this year. I came off the pill (monofeme 28) at the beginning of February.

I tried doing the CM thing but I could never be sure if it was my fluid or his (!) and the temp charting never really made any pattern.

I also tried ovulation predictor kits but even though AF has always been like clockwork (28 days exactly) and I follow the instructions exactly, I never got the second line to show I was ovulating, so I presumed I wasn't and we just decided to try forget about it and see what, if anything, happened by itself.

AF was a week late in early August (totally unheard of for me) so I went to the Dr and had a blood test done. It came back negative.

It's now 8 days late again, (first day of last LMP was 22 July, it's now 24 September) and I have a really queasy stomach. I feel kind of sea sick and the slightest thing makes me want to throw up. This morning I even threw up water.

I have also had very light cramping on and off since AF was due in August.

I don't know whats going on. Do cycles just randomly change? Could I have gotten pregnant since mid August despite not having had AF since 22 July? Has anyone else had anything like this happen? Does it sound normal?

I just went to buy a pregnancy test on my way home but I can't find my money card! And I am so scared of getting another negative - I dont want there to be something going on with me that I don't understand

Blood Work Results!

Ok so I got the phone call from my Dr.'s office and all my blood work came back normal. She stated that my hormone levels were all normal and my ovaries were producing the right amount of estrogen and there fine. So basicly I just have to finish taking the Provera and wait for my AF to come. So basicly I just haven't had my AF due to just getting off the BCP back in May. Hopefully once it comes I will be able to concieve right away. Keeping my fingers crossed.

First Period After Miscarriage

Hello... just wondering all of you ladies who have sadly suffered a miscarriage and had a D&C... how long did it take for you to get your first actual AF after your D&C bleeding stopped?

My doctor told me I could start TTC again as soon as I want to. I have just had some light spotting every day since my D&C on 9.12. I'm assuming that will stop here in the next few days or weeks. But you can't really count your D&C as CD1 can you?

I thought I better just let this cycle go without counting or I will drive myself nuts, but I was wondering how long I have to wait until I finally can call it CD1.
