In the past I have had 1 miscarriage, a molar pregnancy, and last summer a ruptured ectopic resulting in tube removal. I still have my left tube. We have been trying naturally for a year since the ectopic. What would be the next best step in trying to conceive?

Best at this point to be under the supervision of an RE. An RE will provide all options, from IUIs, to IVF and after reviewing everything, up to you to decide which of all of these treatments you would consider best for you since all of them are possibilities. Simply understand pregnancy rates of each along with possible complications given your history, such as another ectopic on the remaining tube
