well here I am I already loat 3 lbs

I am wanting to lose 90 lbs so i can be a great weight and not have to deal with back pain, and breasts that are gaint which make my back hurt even worse.

thats great that you are starting your journey to a healthy lifestyle!

I need to lose some weight myself but about 20 or so to feel good about myself again.

This TTC journey has deff caused some over-eating! lol

My ttc journy has also cause major over eating how do i get my Hubby to start this weight loss journy with me? what steps do i take inorder for us both to do this it is had doing it alone

You can't make him join the weight loss journey with you, but you can show him how serious you are about this... the more you do it, the more inclined he may be to join you...

Also, search for healthy yet yummy foods to make for dinners and stuff. For example, my mom found a recipe for weight watcher chili and I had her write down the recipe for me and label it as just "Chili". I make it, it's so good, my husband loves it, and he doesn't know it's Weight Watcher! Works for both of us! LOL!

Well I started using the excersize bike my ubby bought and we also have a gazzell.

got in 4 1/2 hours of walking as I went grocery shopping and then hubby and I came home and i made some stir fry veggies with scrabled eggs in a whole wheat tortia and on top of the veggies and eggs i put a sprinkle of plian non fat yougurt on it and omg was it good:) I only had one my hubby had two. I am going to work out on the excersize bike tonight as well.

Yeah!! Good job.

I'm doing so bad right now... somewhere along the way, I stopped trying. I know what I need to do, but right now, I just don't care. Need to pick it back up, need to start exercising, need to get motivated again...
