With a 22mm Follicle will I ovulate?

So I had a m/c on dec 19,2008. I have been ttc from 2 years. I am seeing a new RE now and I just had my first u/s monday March 2,2008. My follicle/egg was 22mm in size and my cm was not hostile but in btwn he said. He said I should o anyday now. I usually ovualte on cd 19 which is tomorrow but I have no sign of physically or by using my OPK. If my follicle is 22mm am I guaranteed to ovualte??
