Will left over cysts from Follistim stop you from ovulating?

It's a chance that you may still ovulate. A member here by the Username, Dadsgirl had 11 cysts from her 1st cycle of Follistim and ended up getting a BFP shortly after,she is having a boy and due any day now. ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE.

Correction: Dadsgirl was on Gonal F NOT Follistim..However, they are the same drug in a nutshell. She was on a forced break due to the cysts, but still got pregnant.

You can still get pregnant during a cycle in which left over cyst are present, they do not interfere with ovulation, they interfere when medicines are administered with being able to accurately monitor the cycle.
