Dr Q, if I remember correctly, said that a trigger shot will override a + OPK. In fact, Dr. Q suggest NOT using OPK's when triggering since it can give confusing information.
The entire point of triggering is to be able to pinpoint ovulation.
If you're doing natural TTC, then, you should be BDing Sunday and Monday for sure. Other days around that would jsut be a bonus.
