Why i m having sore boobs on CD-8 also having EWCM and my tem is 37f ?

Well after having the drilling procedure done my af came on cd25 and i took letrozole and metformin .from last 2 days i m having sore boobs and ewcm ,before i used to have these during my af but this mnth i didn't have any of the symptoms of my af and also the flow was less and only for 2 days.
