I am doing ivf. Retrieval was yesterday and i was told to start Vivelle patch today 1 every other day? On the box it says its supposed to be twice a week. Im wondering if im doing too much or is this ok? Im also doing Crinone (vaginal cream) once a day every day. Thank you.

Many REs like to supplement the Luteal Phase with Estrogen, and always good to follow your doc's recommendations as these are within standard

Like Dr. Q said- go with your doc's instructions not the box. The patches are used in a variety of different ways. With my fresh IVF cycle they had me using 1 then 2. With my FET they had me using 1, then 2, then 3, then 4. Since everyone is on a different plan, it's best to go with your doc's instructions. Good luck!
