I am 25 years old, me and my fiance. Both of us have been tested for infertility and nothing has come up to pin pint it. Regular cycle , ovulating, cleear tubes and doc even says his sperm count is one of the best yet. But we have been together 4 years in November and still no baby. How often should we be having sex and what else could I do to speed up the process

Unexplained infertility is a common scenario that like you, every test winds up being normal. There are several treatments that can help, from clomid to IVF, and if you check this site, can see what success rates wind up being for each treatment. Although you can still get pregnant on your own by checking OPKs and timing intercourse appropriately, you will most likely need help since you've been trying to get pregnant for the past 4 years. Check the pregnancy rates and talk to your RE as to which treatment you would like to undertake.
