When to transfer embryos?

Funny you should ask, for as much literature as has been published on the issue, there is really no solid data either way that has shown a higher pregnancy rate consistently with either method. If you ask specific center, all will tout that their transfer date is probably superior. I would go for what your center feels most comfortable transferring.
