When should your bladder control be back to normal post partum?

I made an appointment with my ob/gyn today... b/c I'm still having issues with bladder leakage

I do kegals every day many times a day... but, I'm still leaking urine. It happens when I stand up after I pee, and it almost makes a bubbling/farting sound (gross, I know.. believe me..) and any time I cough, sneeze, or move the wrong way... and sometimes, it leaks just whenever.. if I'm walking or standing up...

Its so gross! I don't want to have to wear a pantiliner for the rest of my life.....

Dr. Q, any ideas what the problem could be, how it can be fixed, etc?
