this is always the most difficult question to answer, as it varies from person to person. If your periods are regular, get the cycle length, and subtract 14 days and this will give you the approx ovulation day. The best way of always figuring it out, however, would be through the use of OPKs when the timing can be right to have sperm waiting for the eggs.
